Description of Work: Star Locksmith replaced 4 of our locks for $115 (Angie's List Price). The guy was late, but only because he went to the address on my Angie's List account and not the house we had just moved into. He was done in about half an hour and even took time to consult with us on lock solutions to some old doors without locks already. Overall, it was a great experience.

Description of Work: I needed a lock on my front door changed. They showed up shortly after I called and completed the job quickly. It was an extremely painless process and their work was exceptional.

Description of Work: I had a deadbolt lock installed, a key rekeyed, and keys made for a file cabinet which also was repaired.

Description of Work: Called the office at 2:30. He arrived at 3:00. Was finished at 3:30. Opened up an old safe and installed a deadbolt on the front door. Very efficient. Cleaned up a small mess. Price was reasonable. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Mr Hatipoglu is Excellent, professional, timely, polite & responsive from start to finish. Definitely would use him again & recommend him to others!!! Price also Very reasonable. He changed a few locks for me & charged me $20 each for labor & $45 for coming over. ( I've already bought the new locks myself). He even gave me the 10% discount ( even though the coupon had already expired at the time of my job.....and I now also see that he's re-new/ extended the coupon for everyone). He also offered a free on-site quote consultation. I was happy with the price when he came over & assessed the locks & we had the job done at the same time. The job couldn't had been more smooth. Description of Work: This is the second time I've used this locksmith. He is very reliable, professional, honest and straightforward. Each time I've called he's come within the hour. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem; clearly explained the problem and showed me what was wrong with the door (first time was the back exterior door and the second time was the front door.) He recommended the most reliable and cost-effective solution. In addition, he was very courteous and cleaned up afterward. I heartily recommend Star Locksmith.

Description of Work: Mr. Hatipoglu came to our newly-purchased condo and re-keyed all the locks. Rather than installing new deadbolts, which is what I expected him to do, he suggested simply re-keying all the locks so that they all work off the same key,different from the previous one. He installed one new lock. His work took him little more than an hour. He was punctual, polite, efficient, and neat in his work.
