It has been the easiest interaction with a supplier in my life. I put in the Angi request. Got a txt in less than 10 mins, as I was getting quotes from other suppliers. I asked for a call and voila, got a call and a reasonable price for the area that needed treatment. I think they went above and beyond and my old carpet that needs to be replace got a couple of additional months while I decide what to do with it! I would highly recommend them. He came in an emergency on a Saturday (with less than 24 hours notice) got the job done and all with a smile. So happy I connected with Second Chance Carpet!

The crew from second chance did a great job. I had carpets cleaned from a different company when we purchased our home 3 years ago and that company can't even compare to second chance. The crew was very professional. The used devices to make sure hoses didn't damage door jambs, they wore shoe covers and masks and you could tell the crew wanted to give great customer service. The carpets came out amazing and the crew made sure I was satisfied before they left. I also had a small couch cleaned and it looks good as new! I've already received another quote for carpet cleaning in 2 additional rooms and will be using them again. Don't hesitate to contact them.

Communicating to coordinate pickup and delivery was fast, easy, and clear, and everyone who came to my house had a mask on correctly the entire interaction. Rugs came back clean but noticeably still slightly wet.

I’m so happy I hired John from Second Chance Carpet Cleaning. Such a genuine guy, and hard worker. He did such a thorough job, and really put everything he had into it. We’ve had Stanley Steamer do jobs for us in the past and they’re just ok. I’d recommend going with somebody who specializes in this craft and treats carpets as if they were his own. He also did a really good job on our windows, and gutters. Looks like we found out new handyman. We paid good money for our carpets in 05’ and my wife was ready to switch to hardwood floors in those rooms, until Johny brought our carpets back to life and made them look better than brand new!
