Description of Work: Washer machine appeared to have blown motor. Same Day Service arrived on time and was polite and professional. Confirmed my suspicions that motor was blown and that it would cost more to repair than to replace with a new unit. | |Technician provided suggestions for replacement units and the types of things to look for in a new washer machine, and what to beware of.

Description of Work: Diagnosed frozen water hose in refrigerator. While they were unable to solve the problem, it was clear their technicians had encountered this problem before and tried everything they could think of to solve it. He asked it there was anything else he might help with while he was there since we would have to pay the service charge. Very polite and professional.

Description of Work: Very responsive and rescheduled quickly after snow storms. Tech was great and also noticed that the fridge needed work but the quote was very high. Fixed our stove quickly and had the parts on hand. Service is a bit pricey but quality is top-notch.

Description of Work: Water was leaking into the tub of our aging clothes washer. They visited, diagnosed the problem, & ordered the needed part. Two days later they came & installed the part, and the washer has been fine since. Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were clear, set reasonable expectations, and followed through as they said they would.

Description of Work: The repair was fine, but their sales tactics seem to me like upsetting. I have no idea whether the advice they gave me was accurate or not, but it seemed to me like I had to do more than was absolutely necessary given the situation.

Description of Work: They came to see why my dryer wasn't heating. It turned out to be a vent problem which had burned out dryer parts. | |It went well. They attached a temporary vent for the dryer after installing new parts for the dryer about a week after the initial visit.

Description of Work: Company could (would) not give me a time frame for arrival. The tech did call 30 minutes before arrival but it cost me an entire morning. After he took our washer apart, he realized that he was sent with the WRONG PART. He had to leave and come back the next day. When he completed the job, my wife had to embarrass him into cleaning the gunk left inside the washer. Not a good experience.

Description of Work: They came right out the next when I called about our Miele dishwasher. They had to order a part, which took about a week, but they came back and fixed the unit promptly at our scheduled time, and everything went smoothly.

Description of Work: They were able to come out very quickly and diagnose the problem with our freezer. They provided options (repair or replace) and then successfully repaired the problem. Due to the shoddy manufacture of appliances these days, we have had several opportunities to utilize their services. They have been prompt, prepared and professional on each visit.

Description of Work: Repair was not fixed correctly the first time, but the company was very prompt at returning to fix the issue the second time.

Description of Work: My dryer spun but did not heat. I called them around 9:30am and they told me they would have someone there that day. Around noon I was pleasantly surprised when the technician Ben called me to tell me he'd be here in 30mins. He diagnosed the problem as a defective heating element and replaced it. He also went above and beyond and cleaned out the exhaust tube and its connection points and replaced it at 'no extra charge' because he said it was not up to code and actually flammable. Overall I was very happy with the service and Ben was very helpful, clear, friendly and efficient.

Description of Work: My SubZero freezer wasn't making ice.I called them based on the Angie's List ratings. They literally scheduled the repair service the next day. He diagnosed the issue & came the next day to repair it and I have had no issues whatsoever. Very pleased!!

Description of Work: I have my dishwasher repaired. The technician was very professional and figured out the problem quickly. The part was not available on the truck, so he ordered it and it was installed six days later. I have some difficulty with the scheduler for the second visit, who was very confusing and wanted to schedule an appointment, but had no idea when the part was coming in. Also the company gives a 30 call ahead, but would not give me any window of time, even morning or afternoon.

Description of Work: The cold switch in my refridgerator stopped working. The provider came out the next day and ordered a new switch and put in a temporary switch. I was up and running right away. The new switch was in within the week and it only took about 15 minutes of downtime. I'm very happy with the service and the repairman was knowledgable and courteous. I would definitely use this provider again.
