Description of Work: I had two double-hung windows installed (side by side) in my living room. Everything went great from start to finish! The salesman (Armando) was very thorough and professional. He told me it would be about 4-6 wks for the windows to be ready, which it was. The installation went off without a hitch, only took less than 2 hours. They did a quality job, the windows look great, they also tilt out for cleaning, and have the grids built right into the window, airtight - no more drafts!! I'm already thinking about replacing windows in my kitchen - I would highly recommend Rite Window.

Description of Work: Very pleased with response and accountability so far. Followed through with contacting me for date and time. The sales rep was running ten minutes late and very pleased they called to let me know. Very professional and friendly. Placed an order for window replacement, which is due in July.
