The installation was about six weeks ago, it took them about five weeks from receive and deliver. It's a no pressure sort of environment. They came in and showed me the window and I decided to go with them to a fixed pricing. They came in five weeks later to do the installation. There was no issues. They came in and the service guy was great. He cleaned up after himself. We've been using the windows for six to eight weeks now and we have no issues. It's good windows. I'm happy with the installation. It was just a really easy installation. I'm definitely gonna be going back to them.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Rite Window and very happy with the new windows. The salesperson was knowledgable. The installers (Shane and another fellow) were professional, friendly, considerate and did an excellent job on all the windows. This was a large job. It took them 2 entire days to complete it not to mention that we were in the middle of a heat wave (close to 100 degree temps both days) and they were working in a building with no air conditioning. Despite the conditions, they did not rush and every one of the 32 windows was installed perfectly. Here are a few examples of things they did that, in our opinion, went the extra mile. One, we have interior painted trim around all our windows and none of the trim is white. They made sure to get clear caulking so the windows would look better and it would be less touch up painting for us. Our building is pretty old and tired. Most of the windows did not open and had been that way for years. We had the building painted last summer but given our desire to have the windows replaced, we did not spend the money to have the windows painted. Most of the windows had been painted shut many years ago by painters for the previous owner. Shane offered to call the painters and complain for us to try to get us some money back because he thought it was our painters that painted the windows shut. We would definitely work with the company again.

one of the owners came to give me an estimate when there were not enough service techs to cover for the day . very quick and efficient ... and fair pricing based on other quotes i received . they ordered the glass and it came very quickly . we were able to set up another appointment almost immediately working around my schedule . overall I was very pleased with the follow thru and service . I would definitely use them again !

The salesman was very polite and non-pushy. There was no hard sell, but the price offered for the work was almost 1000's better than competitors. I requested installation in a very small period of days and they were able to accomodate me. The installer was very punctual, professional and respectful. It took him longer than usual to install the windows, but that is because the old ones were very hard to remove.

They came to my house to figure an estimate. They were very professional and there was ZERO pressure to buy. After the estimate I took my time and contacted them when I was ready and they set up a time to fill out paperwork. While he was there he was able to perform the measurement of the existing windows as well.(They usually have someone else come do that) After that they went off and ordered the windows. They said it would be up to 5 weeks until my windows would be ready. 3 weeks later I got a call to schedule the install and they scheduled it for a time that convenient for me. I was told it would take 2-2.5 days. The install day came and the installers showed up at about 8:30 am. They were nice and polite, and they dealt very well with my 3 obnoxious dogs - careful not to let them free. At the end of the first day, all the windows were in. They came back the second day and finished up the outside and were done by around 3pm. They walked us through the use of the windows and let us inspect it all before paying. Of course I cannot tell you until winter how the windows perform but at this point I am happy.

The service was excellent. They had so much work to do but said they would do it in 2 days and would be done in those 2 days and accomplished that. They did exactly what they were supposed to, they were very accommodating, and went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to relatives.

They are a big window company. We took their recommendation from Angie's List. We had an excellent experience with them right down the board. They were very friendly, not pushy, told us how much it was going to cost before. We were able to get a big window because their prices were so reasonable, which is what I really wanted. They did the work honest to good. The kid, Kregg, that came out to our house, who was kind of in charge of the carpentry work and stuff, and the salesman who came out to do the sales, both were wonderful. They were right on time, they did call us because they got stuck in traffic and the GPS would not get them here, but other than that they were fine. Their professionalism was wonderful, right from the salesman down to Kregg. They gave us a lifetime guarantee.

Rite Window exceeded all my expectations. I can not say enough good things about thier service before and after installation. They went well beyond the normal to make sure we were happy. Don't even hesitate using them for your window/door replacement. These windows have kept our house cooler in the summer and warmer this past winter and my house is so much quieter now. I am satisfied with the windows. I am unhappy that the new windows don't have room for my portable airconditioners. The salesman misrepresented the information about the airconditioners being able to fixed

They were great to work with. They were very professional and prompt. The replaced 11 windows and fixed the outside trim to all vinly and everything was clean and neat when they left. A great company do to business with.

My wife and I had all the windows in our house replaced by RiteWindow. That is 19 double hung, 1 picture window and a patio door. The whole process was professional, totally customer oriented and they were always on time. When our salesman John Ditullio came he asked us a few key questions then took a look at our windows so he could give us an estimate. The estimate was within our budget so he showed us the windows, patio door and explained the installation process in detail. He answered our many questions and was very patient. We both liked how RiteWindow sells its product because it?s to the point and doesn?t waste your time. They estimated our windows and door would arrive in 5-7 weeks. The windows arrived in the time frame but the door took a little longer. The installers Shane and Josh did an excellent job installing our new windows and didn?t mind my looking over their work and answering my questions. They covered the floors and any furniture near the work area and when installation in a room was done they vacuumed up. They did such a good job you wouldn?t even know they were there. I really can?t say enough about how great Shane and Josh are with their work and their customer. I contacted Skip Longacre the Operations Manager for RiteWindow by email to inquire when the patio door would be in and he replied within 24 hours with the time frame. He then called to say the patio door was in and we arranged an installation date. Great customer service by Skip! Once again Shane came to do the installation but with a different helper and I apologize for forgetting his name. Like before they showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. RiteWindow provides the kind of quality and customer service you should receive from a company!

GREAT!!!!! Wouldn't use anyone else

I had broken a sliding glass patio door over the summer and wanted it replaced before the winter began. I spent weeks reading reviews of window and glass replacement companies and Rite Window consistently had the best reviews. I called for an appraisal the week of Thanksgiving and an appraiser came within one day. Ted was on time, very friendly and efficient. He took his measurements in matter of minutes and gave me a very fair quote of $450. He said that with the holiday it would take a few weeks for the installation which was entirely reasonable. I received a call about ten days later from Skip to set up the installation. He came the next day and did a tremendous job in replacing the glass. I have a few more projects that need to be done (window replacement and repairs on other patio doors) and I will be calling Rite Window again in the Spring to handle these jobs.

The sales dept was very helpful and patient as we made changes/upgrades to the initial contract. The installers put down dropcloths on the floors and vacuumed before they left so the house was left spotless. They also cleaned the windows and explained the features. The installers were prompt and polite also.

The entire project was handled responsibly and efficiently from start to finish. The salesperson had complete and accurate information and didn't waste our time with long "canned" pitches and unnecessary demonstrations, just learned what we wanted and arranged to supply it. The new windows were ready when promised. The installers came as scheduled (in fact, arrived early). When the work got underway, it was found that the structure was more complicated than expected, so the work took longer than planned. The installers stayed until dark, then returned a few days later (when it was convenient for us) to finish the job -- no extra charge for the extra trip. The installers were careful to clean up and take away all dust and debris to our satisfaction. During the installation, one small bathroom tile was dislodged and damaged; Rite Window deducted $250.00 from our bill to compensate. Other than that, there was no damage. The new windows look wonderful and work perfectly. The price was much lower than Anderson and the quality is equal if not better.

Great service! I recently bought a house that had 2 broken vinyl windows. I didn't want to replace the entire window, just the broken glass. Rite window came out and measured the size of the glass and provided an quote. They had the replacement glass manufactured in their factory and about 2 weeks later they came back to do the installation. On the day of the installation, they removed the sash with the broken glass from the window casing and took the sash out to their truck. They then took the sash apart, inserted the replacement glass, put the sash back together with the original vinyl pieces and reinstalled the sash in the window frame. The process was less expensive and less disruptive than replacing the entire window.

My experience with Rite Window was truly top notch from start to finish. At the outset, I never felt pressured or pushed. The sales representative listened to what my specific needs were and made the appropriate recommendations that would suit my needs. I was able to purchase energy star certified windows for the entire top floor of my home which was previously furnished with out of date and drafty windows. I needed to improve the quality of my windows before winter and I accomplished that for a very reasonable price. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The initial consultation was painless and I felt good about taking next steps after that. The follow up was timely and offered relevant next steps. The install was scheduled earlier than anticipated and the installers were in and out of my home with the job fully completed before I returned home from work. Totally hands free. Rite Window was fantastic from start to finish. During the initial visit, the rep walked through our house with us and asked us what we were looking for/interested in. He then demonstated all the features of their window offerings via their demo window unit, and showed us real-life installation pictures of all the different window options. He even suggested what windows might work better in our space (we were replacing two double-hung windows in our living room that were side by-side with something more open). A written quote was provided to us before he left. The quote was not the cheapest we received (and they told us that up-front), but still far below what some of the real "big name" brands like Anderson and Pella quoted us at. The Actual Windows (ours are Northwind III, by National Vinyl) also appear to be of a higher quality that most of the competitors. I also really like the fact that they are manufactured locally (in Chicopee, MA) Once we signed the contract, had the windows measured, and the windows were manufactured, (no "stock" sizes here!) they scheduled our installation. The two person crew showed up on time, walked the whole job before starting, and discussed with me the best approach, keeping in mind our indoor cats (meaning we could not have open holes in every room at the same time). The team was very friendly, worked incredibly hard (from about 9:30 till dark), and left the house cleaner than when they started. When they were complete, they again walked the house with us, made sure we knew how everything worked, and made sure we were completely satisfied before we gave then the final payment. The entire installation took just two days and the results look absolutely fantastic. I have absolutely no doubts they we made the right choice in window contractors.

I asked Rite windows for a price to replace all windows in my first floor apartment. The sample product they showed appeared of good quality. I gave them the details (accessories) required for the windows and they verbally presented their estimate.I was confused by their 10% or $1000 discount as the represenative said it could not be counted unless we came to an agreement on that visit. The other Companies that gave estimates with discounts did not require this. I was also confused because I did not get a written estimate. After heavily pursuing this, the Rep. wrote the figure (unsigned and without details) on the pamphlet he provided. I was quite surprised at the high amount estimate. The cost came in at $770 per window. This was 70% higher than the low bidder.In previous Angie's reviews, all the window contractors I used including Rite Windows were very comparable in price. The Window Manufacturing Company they were going to use (included the pamphlet) was Northwind III. After the Rep. left I checked on line and found that they usually use windows manufactured by Gorell. A few reports on the web indicated Gorell had gone into receivership.

This whole episode exceeded my expectations. I worked with Gary and he arrived on time and had sample windows to show. He showed me a style I hadn't considered (an awning window) and it was a far better option than what I had before (twin casement). And it was less expensive to boot. I had only one window to replace and there is usually a charge for such a small job, but he said if I didn't mind waiting until they were in the neighborhood for a larger job, he could send someone over to do it then. That was fine with me and it really wasn't that long before an appointment was scheduled. The gent who installed the window knew what he was doing and I was very impressed with the outcome. He stayed around while I inspected the job and played around with the window. He took all his work trash with him so it was like he wasn't even there. Inside, I could immediately tell the difference since I could no longer smell the fresh air that used to find it's way through the old window. But the best part was the view without that bar between the casement windows. It really opened up our bedromm. I would heartily recommend these folks to anyone.
