Their representative visited the home and was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and followed up several times after the initial visit. Ultimately, we went with another provider but only because we wanted a feature not available through Rite Window. It was too bad, because they were by far the most pleasant, punctual and professional company we contacted. I would highly recommend them.

Installers arrived on time. They wre quick & efficient. They cleaned up after the job was completed.

They did a great job overall...one error in a custom window that took a couple of weeks to redue..overall excellent job and price was very reasonable for the quality of windows... no hassles over price what they quoted was the price..

I learned of this company from my in-laws over Thanksgiving. I gave them a call and the appointment was easily scheduled. Our salesman's name was John...he came to our home right on time and made suggestions. We live in a nicer, new development but for some reason our builder opted to go with the cheapest sliders possible. Ultimately, we chose to replace them with high end doors...but they were well worth the money. We are very happy with John's assistance and our new energy efficient sliders.

As I only received an estimate for service, this review is commenting on the professionalism of the salesperson. It was great John was able to show up earlier than scheduled and give me a call beforehand to let me know of his arrival. However, he was rather pushy in wanting to know what other companies quoted me. And his offhand comment about the security of the property was inappropriate and unnecessary, especially if it is your job to try to gain a new customer. I was quoted $4559 which is the lowest I have received so far but still over budget for me. So I'll keep shopping around or maybe put off replacing windows for a little while. Other than meeting with the salesperson, my experience with Rite Window has been good. The online scheduling tool is quick and easy to use and I received confirmation from their staff soon after I booked my appointment online. I don't doubt the quality of the product or service Rite Window provides but I am reluctant to work with them in the future given my experience.

I went through about 4 different companies and found Rite Window to be the best. Their window is stylish and of good quality. The salesman was helpful, he didn't press us -he was very knowledgeable and really good. The installers were good too. Craig the head installer was fantastic in the way he presented himself and made sure we were satisfied with the work, etc. Overall I thought they were very good and definitely the easiest company I've worked with at our house in recent memory. I recommend them.

Wereplaced the original windows in our place up north. It?s an old farmhouse and our concern was the new windows would stick out but they blend right in. Don McNeil did a great job of explaining the features of the windows and with helping us select the right product. There were no hidden costs or "buy today" discounts or sales pressure. The price was what was advertised ( about half the price I got from 2 other companies.). I was initially skeptical of Rite Window?s price after getting an estimate from Andersen, but after more research I found Andersen has a high price reputation. We liked their windows, but they price them like a Rolls Royce and the cost difference wasn?t justified. Rite Window's price was what they said it would be. The install team was exceptional. They arrived on time, completed the job on time and left the house clean. You would never know they were there. The windows look great. Great people and a quality product at a fair price.

I hired Rite to put in new windows. We delayed the project a couple of times because of the holidays and other issues, but they accommodated all of our schedule changes. The work took place while we were in Florida and my brother in law managed things for us. He reported no problems and said the installers were very professional. When we returned home everything looked great and all was in order. This was one of the smoothest home improvement projects we've ever had done. Rite Window followed through on every aspect of their work and I would have no problem recommending them!!

I was very satisfied with Rite Window's service. A large bay window in the front of our house was leaking and a local contractor we had worked with in the past gave us a very high estimate to replace it. We decided to call Rite Window to inquire about replacement and their quote was far more reasonable; we decided to go with them. Rite came out and replaced the window and did an excellent job. Before we had encountered the leak, we had thought about replacing all of the older windows in the house. Once we saw Rite Window's work on the bay, we decided it was time to replace all the windows in the main portion of our home and moved forward with the process.... The installers were great, professional, and friendly. We had no problems and the entire experience went extremely well from start to finish!

We had three windows that needed to be replaced in our TV Room. I called them for an estimate.The reason we wanted ot replace them was it was very cold and we could feel a draft from all three windows. To save money their sales person suggested not replacing them, but do an interior storm window instead. the storm is a big sheet of glass with a rubber seal on the outer rim that pushes intot he frameon the inside of the window. very easy to put in and take out. We ahve been very happy with how much warmer the room is, no more drafts, and it cost less then replacing them. becasue they are old we will still likely replace these three down the road, but this was a good solution for now. Its an excellent product and i expect to give this company the job when we do replace them.

Rather negative experience, in overall. I am very puzzled about their super-A reviews on Angies... We had old "new installation" Andersen windows, and I was determined to replace them before the last winter. I interviewed 3-4 contractors, all gave approximately the same price, but I chose the Rite Window because of their reviews and because of my thinking that these folks do just windows and they must be doing them right. Well, the fellow who came to estimate the job and sign the contract should have stated clearly: 1. "Your viewing area will decrease significantly because we will use replacement windows instead of the new installation windows which is much more work" 2. "We don't do the painting, so any painting of the wood pieces around the window is your business" They should have stated that, but they did not The actual job. These guys use tons and tons of silicon, and this does not sound right! I called them about this, and about scratches on one of the windows, and some other minor problems (rip on mosquito screen), and, after 2 more visits and 2+ month of waiting, they fixed that except the mosquito screen. I kept calling about the mosquito screen, but never got it replaced. That by itself is not a big deal, but the overall experience made me think that that they are, probably, caching in on their past reputation, and undergo some managerial changes that effected the business negatively (their customer manager, Chuck, or Chip, suddenly resigned while dealing with my issues, almost literally dropping the line). Quality of their windows. They use single manufacturer, National, or something (I am looking at mine, but they don't expose any trademarks!), and they don't look particularly crafty, or well made, although I am not an expert, and this is a very subjective assessment. We did not have problems with the windows themselves so far, except they are sometimes impossible to open when in freezing temperatures. I am not happy writing negative reviews, but I feel better sharing what I know and, thus, possibly, saving you from falling into a trap of "super-A" contractor

One person completed the work in about five hours. The installation went smoothly. The final price matched the initial estimate. He was very professional.

The salesperson was professional and on time and told us (accurately) about their product. The scheduled replacment workers (2 of them) were also professional and punctual. I must note that the inside frame moulding was removed and nailed back into place so that I had to putty and touch up (I repainted the frame) the moulding. I did not expect them to do this, just an FYI for those reading this. I am selling this house in two years so for the $2000 cost I think it really adds to the curb appeal along with energy efficiency. Well worth the money. I also recommend the factory paint vs the homeowner painting the primer door themselves.

The overall experience with Rite Windows was very good. The price was very competitive and the installation process went very smoothly. The installers, Shane and Peter, were absolutely the best. Very professional and personable. The installation took 2 days.They did a very good job cleaning up after each day. While it has just been a few days since the installation, the difference between the old and new windows is dramatic. Our house is quieter, brighter, warmer...and the windows open, close, and lock so easily. We are very happy with them. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rite Windows. That being said, there were a couple of things that could be improved on. First, the salesman who came too our house was new and not knowledgeable about the installation process. I really had to go out to the Rite Window offices to get the correct details about the installation process. Secondly, they advertise the windows for $389. installed. However, in addition to that, due to Massachusetts law, the windows have to be installed using lead paint mitigation practices. This adds $30.00 to the cost of each window. While the salesman explained this to me upfront, I do think there should be mention in their advertising that this is part of the standard cost of the window. I was able to negotiate with them over the final cost of the job because I had a second bid for less for a comparable window. When I explained to the salesman that I would contract with Rite Windows if the estimates were comparable, they were able to discount the cost so it was competitive with my other bid.

The ordering process went very well, I was ordering 18 window replacements. It is a large 3 story home with 2 apartments. ne apartment on the first floor already had new windows and the 2nd apartment that contained the 2nd and 3rd floor needed to be replaces. The wait was exactly the time that Rite Window had promised (4-6 weeks) and then they contacted me to schedule the install days. The install took 2 days, On day 1 the installer showed up and said he normally has 2 other guys but they were suddenly unable to assist so he had brought his father to assist. I was surprised that he was able to get all the windows installed in 1 day. On day two he returned to do the outside trim work for the windows. I had ordered white trim even though the first floor trim was Brown. He completed all this in one day as well. When the installer left he had me sign the completion document, collected and told me a Ware Overall from the inside the windows look fantastic. The installer was professional and very nice, The issue came after he left and a day later I noticed that the trim around the windows was white except for the window sill, He left the original brown window sill in place. So now the window is white, the top trim, and both sides are white but exterior window sill is brown. After 2 weeks I waited for my warrantee and it never arrived, I did not even get a call asking about how the installation went, So I called the 800 number and asked for the warrantee. They said they would email it right over and asked how everything went. I explained about the trim work and the gentleman asked me to send photo's of the window so he could see. I had explained that the 1st floor apartment had brown trim but I wanted white on the 2nd and 3rd floor as I would have the first floor changed next year to all White. Since my call I did email the photos as instructed. It has been 2 weeks and I have not even received and acknowledgement of the photos.

When we returned to the home in August, it rained and we noticed that the windows were leaking. We called to get them to come out and look at the windows and they came immediately and caulked it from the outside. The man that came out, told my husband specifically to look to see if that fixed next time that it rained. When it rained again in September we noticed again that the windows were leaking and it was the same problem as before. We have tried to contact them three times and we have not received a response.

They were excellent. Peter came out for the estimate and 6 weeks later we have all new windows and a slider. All are windows open and close with such ease. We have already recommended them to other people. You can't go wrong with rite window.

Rite Window and Home Depot were close on price, but we chose Rite Window because the salesman was more informed on his windows and windows in general. The Home Depot guy was personable but there were some questions he didn?t know the answer on. Rite Window did a good job. Their workers were professional and super efficient. It was a large job done in one day.

We were very happy with our salesman Wayne and his no pressure approach to informing us about Rite Windows. Other companies required both people to be home for the visit and pressured us for an immediate commitment. Rite Window pricing was fixed and fair. The installer, Craig did a fantastic job, he replace over 20 - 40 year old windows and storms with double paine windows in a day and half. The house was spotless when he was done. We are looking forward to enjoying our new windows and saving money on utility bills as well. Thank you Rite Window.

I'm a realtor and the new windows helped close the sale of my client's colonial. The look of the new windows really added to the curb appeal and overall value of the house. I was impressed with the installers leaving everything in order. I was very impressed with their salesman Wayne. I've worked with other window companies, but he was more knowledgeable about windows in general. Showed me how we could save a few dollars and still keep the appearance and efficiency of the windows, etc. I'd give this business an "A".

The estimate was spot on. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves perfectly and did a great job. From start to finish they were extremely professional.

From initial contact, to evaluation and measurement, to instillation Rite Window did a great job. Instillation was complete in one day. The yard was full of screws from the old storms but I could pick them up. Saved money on heat that first year. Windows still look good and work well.

The windows ended up leaking during the hurricane. I ended up having to re-do the whole house. I had drywall damage and had to replace the hardwood floor. Every window in the house leaked due to a faulty installation. I was impressed with the sales person and quality of the windows. The installation was completely botched.

They did an excellent job. I believe our contractor's name was Paul. He was very courteous and helpful. He declined lunch when I offered to buy it for him and worked steadily throughout the day to get the job done in a timely manner. He stopped to show me what was wrong and what he was doing to solve the problem. He cleaned everything up and it was like he was never there. We had priced out having 2 different general contractors just do repair work, and Rite Window was cheaper, to get BRAND NEW energy efficient windows installed! Although this did not completely resolve our basement water problem which was disappointing, this was not their fault. We have some more things to get done. I expect to have them replace a few more windows before winter time comes to save on some heat in our frigid guest room.
