Description of Work: I messaged them for a quote on a job I need to get done asap and there was no response.

Description of Work: i bot the deal + was supposed to hear from them within three days. I never heard anything at all, ever. I was very upset + finally received a credit on my credit card. I wonder if restore pro is even still in business.

Description of Work: They responded quickly at first to our need for mold removal. I was pleased that I had chosen them from Angie's List when the flood dryer told us that was who he would choose for his own house. The job was done in a few stages with removal, then repair, then plastering with small gaps in between. The work that was done was fine. I felt that there was not enough communication about the steps and when they would be done; twice I had to email to find out if I should be expecting workers to arrive that day or not which is okay for me at home but if you were working that would be very hard to arrange your schedule.

Description of Work: Excellent from start to finish! I contacted RestorePro for an estimate after having an environmental engineer do an assessment of my basement. There was no water damage, but years of inadequate dehumidification created a build up of mold that began to impact the air quality in the rest of the house. Brian Bilowz came and provided a very thorough and detailed estimate. The service included removal of items to be discarded, a thorough cleaning of everything that was to remain (including musical instruments, a sewing machine and even a mah jong set!) and painting and patching of the entire basement and wine cellar. This was a big, expensive project, but I feel that the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the work performed. Brian and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They could not have been more accommodating or enjoyable to work with. They worked extremely hard to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the their work. They didn't try to cut any corners or rush anything. Their work was meticulous with excellent attention to detail and the follow up was superb. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They arrived when they said they would and if someone was delayed in traffic for even a few minutes, the office called to let me know. Herve, who did a lot of the day to day work was lovely and extremely conscientious. Steve, the painter, did an amazing job with all of the nooks and crannies that one finds in a basement. The walls and ceiling and an opening to the outside in the wine cellar were all patched to my satisfaction, a heavy duty dehumidifier was installed and Brian followed up with his own inspections and "fine-tuning" numerous times during the course of the work, which was conducted over several weeks. I wish that every company demonstrated the professionalism and integrity of RestorePro. Brian and his staff are really fine people. I trust them and recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: They came to the house to estimate on clean up after our basement flooded. The person that came concluded that the dry wall was not damaged so there was nothing for them to do. I appreciated the effort it took to come out and the honestly of the assessment.
