Called a couple of weeks ago to set up a walk-through with Joe to obtain a quote for fencing along my property. Appointment was today (6/30) with a time frame of 8am -10am. I took the time off from work to sit there for over two hours with no call and no show. No call and no show is the definition of unprofessional. Nothing but lost wages.

they quoted a price and as it was a small job they told me they would fit me when they could. abut a week later they did the work.

Team of 2 arrived spot on time and did an amazing job of removing the old fence and installing the new one. Very polite, professional and efficient. I would hire them again if/and/or when the other section of fencing needs replacement. They were not the lowest bid among the 4 estimates received, but not too far off either, but they 'just felt right' and all things being equal, go with your gut feeling.

They set up a time to come out and give an estimate. We accepted. The workers arrived on time and installed the gate.

Very well. They were prompt with the quote. When I requested a scheduling change and add on, they were responsive to both of my needs. They arrived on the day they stated, and finished within the stated time frame. The installers (whose names I sadly have forgotten) were professional, courteous, and communicated well all through the process. I would use them again!!

Reliable fence dominates the market in my neighborhood. In early spring, I got the flyer for 20% discount. I have got several quotes. Their price is fair. But with 20% discount, it is cheaper than others. Initially, everything goes well. Their response is quick. They gave you heads-up days before the installation. You can feel their professionalism. However, the bad image comes after their workers arrives. At the first day, they are late. I wait for one hour. Then they continue to complain there are too many rocks after they start to dig and ask for $200 surcharge. They only work for several hours and then leave. I am not familiar with how the job goes. Maybe they need to wait for the cement to set in. They spend 8 days to finish all the job. Because they work in the on-and-off manner, several packs of concrete are strewn around my garage. During the rainy days, I have to cover them with plastic bag. At the very beginning, I am not happy about the $200 surcharge, so I call their office. They tell me there is $50 per post if there is debris to be cleaned as in the contract. Fine, just take the money and get the job done. However, after being asking for money for days, on the last day, they tell us they don't want $200 and leave with all the trash around. They don't want to do this because there is a heavy rock. I am really ****** up for their childishness. If they don't want to do it, it is ok. My 10-year-old boy and I can manage to clean all the mess. But not after complaining and asking money for days. The quality is so so. just dig a hole and install the fence. Maybe I expect too much from their good review.

Reliable was one of 3 quotes I received and they were a thousand cheaper than two landscape companies. The fence looks great, but the contractor was a train wreck who made outlandish excuses for not showing up on scheduled installation dates. The mess that was left behind was also a lot more than I had anticipated and had me wishing I had hired a landscaping company to install instead.

Very prompt reply asking for more information: 1 What style/height Wood gate requires repair?, 2 Who built the existing fence? 3 Please forward me multiple photos from different angles/distances. Took a series of pictures and replied, answering the questions, including that didn't know who built the fence as there was no sign/badge on it. Reply was 'Unfortunately, we only repair/re-install our own products.' Why would they ask who built the fence and then say they only repair their own? Could have saved us both a bunch of time if they just said that in the first response. Makes no sense.

The whole job was a pleasure from start to finish. This is a very professional company. The workers (Joey and Mike) were excellent. They worked hard all day and solved some difficult issues (involving fitting the fence to an uneven grade) on the fly. They were confident they could do it and they did. I had to leave in the afternoon before the job was finished, but when I got back in the evening it was all done and prefect. The fence looks beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves too. Thanks!

I sent an e-mail to Scott Theriault [scott@rfcboston.com] and received a reply immediately. They don't offer horizontal fencing. I was disappointed, but VERY GRATEFUL for the quick response so I can find another contractor. This is obviously a responsive, well-organized company. I hope they consider horizontal fencing in the future because designers are showing it everywhere in modern and midcentury modern makeovers. It is a fresh, clean look that is extremely popular right now.

Once it was scheduled Reliable came and installed in one afternoon. I'm very happy with the results.

Jim at Reliable was very responsive on timing and the work was high quality. One panel needed realignment and they responded quickly to redo it. I would definitely recommend the company.

Very responsive and good price for the work. Others said they could not install a wide gate in my driveway. Reliable built a sturdy gate that works great.

We asked several contractors to come out to evaluate the job. Their proposal showed great attention to details and is still price-competitive, if not exactly the lowest. We had the job scheduled in the first week of August. They came to complete the job as promised, including a nice clean-up. We are very happy and would not hesitate to recommend others to use them.

The workers left a lot of rocks and some bricks found underground in a messy way all over our garden which we had to stack and get rid of. I also came home before the workers were done and wasn't happy to see them smoking in my backyard on their break. Other than that, the fence looks great and I hope it will last for a very LONG time! This was an investment but worth it.

They repaired the 2 gates on an our aluminum fence. New post holes and hinges were added to resolve our issues. Friendly and helpful.

On time, on budget, looks great, and haven't a had a problem with it.

There were two workers that came out and they were great. They were very professional. It was done in a day. It was exactly as expectations were set. So, they delivered on what they said they were going to deliver on without all the extras that you typically run into or any problems. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. They installed the fence really well.
