Description of Work: Decent price. Fence came out pretty good. The site was left messy though. Plastic shavings everywhere all stuck in my lawn. They let cement get on my patio and harden up so now that is stuck there. They broke off pieces of the base of my garage which caused a shift in the floor causing a large crack in the slab floor. They also just tossed the broken off pieces next to my garage instead of getting rid of them. They never followed up to ask how it all went. Probably didn't want to hear that stuff.

Description of Work: We removed and replaced a 40+ ft picket fence. Installation required working around trees, roots, rocks, uneven terrain and had to meet up with and match old fence. Excellent!!

Description of Work: Attention to detail by original onsite foreman was lacking he appeared rushed during the 3 original install days and a following fix-up visit. Fence post were left out of alignment both vertically and horizontally the 2 gates had to reconstructed and reinstalled twice. I was home during the installation and I warned the original foreman about post being askew and not level with one another he said he wasn't finished and would take care of it each time but did not. They went ahead poring concrete and setting it with water making it very difficult to fix the alignment problems. Both gates had to be rebuilt and reinstalled a few days later the rework was done by the original foreman who left the back gate in an unusable state with the latch jamming and the main gate mounted obviously not level with the 2 adjoining side panels. Your first impression of the new fence was this main gate and it looked terrible. |The whole job was finally made right by one foreman working on his own by the name of Joe who did a significant amount of re-work on both front and back gate posts removing and resetting concreted in posts and modifying the structure of the main gate leaving both gates looking level a functioning well. |In the end the fence looks good and it's a quality product. |I chose Reliable do to my home job because we chose them to do a fence for our church renovation in North Andover. I was a member of the building task force there and they did a great job. |

Description of Work: Replaced existing fence, which they put up @11 years ago. Work was prompt and professional. Aligned gate, and made sure all new fence is tight, and no edges are protruding which would make the fence unsafe for children or pets.

I was told to leave a voice mail on a particular persons voicemail which I did and never received a call back. I called again a week later and left another voicemail. Still no call back. Not responsive, professional, or reliable! Someone else will get my business...

Description of Work: I replaced my old wood picket fence with a new vinyl fence. The quality is much improved over the old vinyl fence systems and I am very impressed. They were prompt, reasonable, professional, and polite. Excellent work.

Description of Work: Fellow came, spent time reviewing the scope of work and then never provided a quote. Called the office more than five times, requesting call back and then asked the office to send quote but there was no documentation. As the fellow that came had been assigned, we were not "allowed" to have another sub come in to give us a quote. Sub-par in terms of professionalism. Definitely not "reliable".

Description of Work: The company was very timely with the quotes and their quotes were clearly detailed. The company did the work when they said they would and the guys were very professional. We are very happy with the result.

Description of Work: Fence plus gate and large double gate. Large double gate they had to come back to reinforce. They made sure we were satisfied before finale payment.
