Excellent experience. Dana came out on a Saturday, as we are unavailable during the week, and the quote was emailed within a day. After payment (credit card - money up front) we scheduled for end of May installation. One worry I had was the possible damage to the numerous plants in the flower beds in front of the fencing. Billy and Rob, the installers, spent two days to complete the job. They arrived at approx 7.30am both days and worked continuously. They took extra care during the installation and only a few plants were damaged - really amazing as this was a real challenge. All rubbish was removed and the garden left clean. The fence looks wonderful. We are really pleased. I would highly recommend this company. They are responsive, professional and give excellent service.

I phoned the company and was given an appt for a week later with "Matt" who was very personable though very difficult to communicate with after the estimate was done. I received an email estimate as promised. However, it's been a week with no response to my questions, no answer to my voicemail. And the office person was not very helpful or pleasant.

I called to get help with a fence repair (previous homeowners installed the fence) and they informed me that they will only repair fences that they have installed. I let Reliable know that I did not know who installed it and they did not budge on their being able to help to make the repair (only advice was to look at the fence to see if I could find who installed it - not helpful). Since I do not know who installed my fence, if all companies had this policy, I would be out of luck. I was very disappointed about the inflexibility and lack of helpfulness and as such would not call them to install a new fence in the future based on this experience. I wanted to let others know this so you would not waste your timecalling for repair help if they did not do your install.

The quality and workmanship of the fence we good. My only complaint is that they didn't put it exactly where we wanted it.

I called for an estimate and Dana T visited my property within a few days. The estimate was emailed to me in less than 24 hours. The work was then quickly scheduled for the next week. The workers arrived on time - we reviewed the project and they completed it as I expected. I have used Reliable before and have been very satisfied with the quality of the product. I am especially pleased with the new gate which is framed with metal to prevent it from sagging. The old gate had been a problem for some time because of the weight and width. I believe this new gate will be more satisfactory. . I was pleased that they were willing to remove and dispose of the dog run and do the other minor repair while they installed the new fence. This is a good, reliable company with a professional approach to their work

They did a very good job. They were able to get the job done ahead of time.

The estimator was professional and helpful. The installers were courteous, hard-working, and accommodating. I would use them again for future fence work. In addition, their price was the best of several we interviewed.

Reliable was fast, friendly and had some good tips for my future plans. I haven't done any work yet (scheduling on my part), but they will be the first I call next year.

Dana came to give us a quote, and was very forthcoming with ideas for how to get the look we wanted, without breaking the bank. (It was still pretty pricy, but having tried to get two other quotes, you begin to see the value in having a quality operation with people who show up on time, and work efficiently.) Two guys (Peter and his helper) showed up around 7:30am on the day they said they would (about two weeks after giving our 50% deposit), and worked fast but carefully. All the posts were installed the first day for the vinyl fence, using a quick-set cement. There was no cement mess, you'd never know it was there, except that the posts are firmly set into the ground. Second day, Peter came alone and tied on the fencing material itself, installed the cedar panels, and did the gates. Early that morning, I had called Dana, saying I'd made a mistake, and needed an extra cedar panel installed. He managed to have it ready the same day, so that Peter could install it without having to come back again. At that point, they could have gouged me on price, but I thought $250 (material and labor) was reasonable, especially for a last-minute change of mind like that. When I got home that night, the fence was exactly as I had asked. A job well done. Now my kids can play in the back yard safely.

Extremely easy to work with. After phoning them for an estimate, they were here 2 days later. They mailed us a detailed and diagramed estimate, good for 30 days. We took longer than 30 days to decide, and in fact changed our minds on what we wanted done. When I phoned them back, they located their previous quote, changed it to match our new request, and had an revised quote back to us in days. We signed and sent back the estimate, they promptly scheduled and completed the job. All in all a very good and positive experience.

We were happy with the service. They stayed with the quote they gave us. They did a nice job with the fence. We had to wait a little while, but it was a busy time in the year. Overall, we were happy with this company.

From a sales perspective they have a little room for improvement in response times to phone calls and emails but it is not terrible by any means and should not prevent you from contacting them. Once onsite the salesman was very professional and courteous and took his time to answer all my questions, and I had many. I even had to call him back for a second estimate when we discovered our property lines were no where near where we thought they were after a survey. This did not seem to bother him at all. From an installation perspective they are top notch. They started on a Monday (only two guys who were very polite and friendly) and finished that Wednesday despite terrible weather. Record time for a crew that small and they did not cut corners. The quality is excellent and the supporting posts are rock-solid. My father and grandfather were both master carpenters and I have good work-working skills but no time for this kind of project. That said, I'm very critical of others and I can't find one thing to complain about. We are VERY pleased with our new fence and it dramatically improves our homes appearance, value, and security. I don't know that I would trust this job to any other company. They must be at the top of your list.

The company was on time, the installation was perfect. the look and feel of the installation was perfect. They cleaned up after them, washing and cleaning the new fence to look perfect.

We did not hire this company for our fencing needs as we are holding off on our decision and still thinking about it. We have a lot of fence to put up... However, the contact person who helped us and prepared estimate was great and price was very good.

A very nice young man Matt came out very shortly after I contacted Reliable, measured the fencing and sent an estimate just two two days later. While Reliable's cost was the lowest of the three companies, Matt did not respond to an email or phone call asking for places we could go to see an installation. I waited about 2 weeks and then called the company and the person who answered the phone gave me several addresses. When I emailed after an article appeared in the Angie's List magazine about pressure-treated wood, I received a very perfunctory response after about a week. Due to this lack of responsiveness, we hired another firm.

After growing frustrated with other fencing providers who never showed up to give estimates, never returned calls, I was very happy that Reliable Fence quickly got back to me with an email estimate on the fencing I was looking for. I then called to schedule an in-person visit and estimate, and a very personable and helpful salesman named Dana came over to assess the job and provide a written estimate. Even though this was a smaller job for them, I never felt like I was treated as such. I paid 1/2 deposit and then the job was scheduled, but I did have to wait longer than I had hoped because they are so busy (but I suppose that's a sign of a good contractor.) Dana said it may be 4-6 weeks for the fencing to be installed, and he was very apologetic about that. A week after he came out, I got a letter from Reliable saying that it might be a little longer than that because they were so busy. I was kind of disappointed, but as it turned out, it was only about 3 weeks from estimate to installation (in fact, they came and did the job while I was away on vacation, which I appreciated). When I came home, I was ecstatic about the fence -- it is beautiful, superb quality, installed exactly the way I had hoped. Yes, it cost more than the Home Depot stuff, but the quality far surpasses that cheap PVC fencing they sell. I particularly love the gate, which opens with one hand and closes on its own. I don't think their pricing is out of line with other fencing providers, in my research. Very, very pleased with the end result, and definitely recommend Reliable Fence.

It was a spectacular experience. Everyone, from the person answering the phone to the people who came out to build to the person who came out to fix a (minor) problem were prompt, pleasant, communicative, and professional. The time from estimate to completion was quite short and the crew worked efficiently and with good spirit. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. The price was exactly as estimated. No surprises. Oh, did I mention that the completed project is BEAUTIFUL? These are people who really care about quality service. I had one small complaint -- they attached two small metal signs advertising their business on noticeable parts of the fence. I called to ask them to remove them, and rather than giving me a hard time, which I had feared, within ONE HOUR, a nice guy came out and removed the signs and filled in the holes. You really can't ask for much better service.

I scheduled via the online tool which went well. Mike arrived at the expected date and time and was quick and professional in developing the estimate. We decided to go with Reliable so we sent in our deposit. We received a letter about a week-and-a-half later acknowledging the deposit and indicating that they were running behind in scheduling. We did not hear from them for another 3-4 weeks at which point we received a post card indicating that we were on the schedule for the following week and should call to confirm our install date. The date did not work for us so we had to reschedule by phone. When they finally came to do the work, they were quick and did a great job. The fence looks fabulous. I was just taken aback by the scheduling process and the long periods without any communication.

I contacted Reliable Fence and requested separate quotes for fencing work I wanted performed around my home. Chris Gould showed up at my home on the scheduled date and time. I was impressed with Chris? promptness and professionalism. We discussed various fencing options, and Chris made a few suggestions, such as replacing the existing gate to give a more updated appearance to the fence, but at no time did he try to up-sell or pressure me into anything. I assumed Reliable would be more interested in installing new fencing than making repairs to an old fence, but that wasn?t the case. Chris was very helpful, made some suggestions and remained conscious of my budget. Within a few days of Chris? visit, I received the quotes in the mail. The quotes contained detailed drawings and pricing information. Based on Reliable?s good reputation, and that my parents had a fence installed by them many years ago, I didn?t bother obtaining estimates from other fencing companies, however I did research on the Internet and visited one of the big box stores to gain an understanding of what the materials would cost if I were to purchase them myself. The estimate, while not inexpensive, was very fair for the materials and labor involved. I signed the quote and returned it to Reliable with a check for the required deposit. A few weeks later, 2 men from Reliable arrived at my home and did the work. Since I?d been looking at fencing materials at the big box store, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the pressure-treated posts and fencing that Reliable used, which far exceeds anything they sell at the big box stores, period. They even cut down a couple of small trees (with my permission) to make space for a small storage shed that I plan to build adjacent to a portion of the new fence. The posts are tight and straight. Reliable diligently worked on the fence all day and didn?t exceed the cost estimate. Towards the end of the job, there was a minor misunderstanding concerning the number of Cape Cod included in the cost estimate, and they underestimated the amount of fencing needed, but with one phone call to Reliable, the issue was completely resolved same day. The fencing looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. When it comes time to replace the panels in a year or two, or to install other fencing, I won?t hesitate to call Reliable Fence and/or recommend their services to others.

We're going to use them, but they're currently on a five week backlog. They came out within five business days of my request. I've already put down a 50% deposit. The sales rep was polite, professional, courteous, and responsive. Not only were they the lowest price, but they have the reputation of the biggest and best company.

I made a call to get a quote to replace a fence that was blown down in recent big storms, and i was basically brushed off because I did not have the exact measurements before they would come out. This was after informing them that I needed a quote to replace the exact type of fence for insurance purposes, but was going to be upgrading to a much higher quality fence. I found them to be rude, condescending, and inconsiderate, as I could have been someone with a disability and unable to take measurements.

We called the company for a quote. When they responded weeks later, we told them they could still bid on the job if they wanted to. The owners of the company sent emails to each other saying that they thought that I was a b****, but that it was a large job. The problem was, they hit "Reply all".

I was fine with them. They were reasonably priced. Somebody I worked with had used them. They were okay, but not shining stars.

I was impressed with this company from the start. They were responsive in returning my initial call last fall and scheduled my free estimate the same week. Chris Gould who came out was polite and professional. He described in detail the fence installation and had a no-pressure style about him that I liked. Upon receiving the quote (the same day) we decided to wait until this spring. When I called to schedule the job, the quote was still good despite a rise in material costs. The job was scheduled within a week of sending in my deposit. The day of, two guys showed up on time, worked steadily and were finished by that afternoon. I appreciated how they conferred with me at various points during the installation as well as their thorough clean-up. We are extremely pleased with our new fencing and would highly recommend Reliable.

Called and talked to a very polite service rep. Got an appointment for the following Monday (4days from call). Rep. came and gave me an estimate and offered some helpful ideas I hadnt thought of. Measured the area and answered questions on the type of fencing I had wanted. (Black chain link fence to keep my dogs in one area of my yard) He sent me the estimate by email the next day it included a drawing of the area, measurements, and price for the job. With and without certain options I was considering.
