Reliable The Fence People

Nothing but good things to say about Reliable. I was told they were a high quality company but expect to pay a little more for it. I received 3 quotes for the fence and Reliable's was the lowest out of them all. The replaced about 100 linear feet of fence in a single day. They were very responsive to come out for the initial quote and were very clear with what we needed to do before they installed. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. After they installed, one of the gate posts must have settled a little bit later making it a bit difficult to latch it closed. I called Reliable and they sent someone out within the week to inspect. They saw what the issue was and fixed it free of charge since it was under warranty.

First crew did a terrible job- rails not level, gate not attached correctly etc. The company had them do this all day job in a sleet and ice storm and the men should have been sent home. After complaints, second crew came to fix it and they did an excellent job. I blame the company not the men. The first crew worked all day and were frozen by the time they left.

Workers were fantastic! Very satisfied with the job. Kept to start date. Project went a few days longer then was told. Would not hesitate to hire again.

The job went quite well. The salesperson was prompt, explained the options and process quite clearly. The job was done in a timely fashion, our underground sprinkler system was spared, and the finished project looked quite good. The cleanup was complete.

All went well. First had to have yard surveyed (approx. $1000.) then cut down trees & shrubs in the way of the fence. Job was completed in 2 days, looks great. Repair of one section done in Oct. 2016 at cost of $400.

Very well. All work done in a timely fashion. Was able to schedule work three weeks after deposit. The fence appears to be high quality and looks great. We got a lower estimate from a different company but choose Reliable because they were more responsive to our contacts and we were pleased with the appearance of other installations of theirs in our neighborhood.

The team was incredible. I was totally impressed with the head of the team who treated the others working with him with respect and kindness. Some were new and he was teaching them the process. They were all extremely thoughtful and polite. The job was done quickly - they didn't stop from 9 - 3 until everything was done. I would hire them again for sure.

Workers came on time and stayed late to finish the job in one day. They installed the fence exactly as I had requested, and also made several suggestions which made the installation better, based on their experience.

Things started off great. 85% of installation was done very quickly. The custom gate that was needed and the final 15% is the part where things fell apart. The entire job took over a week, when it should've been done 3 or 4 days max. I tried getting things expedited through the home office and just got the run around. Never got a straight answer and no apologies for the length of time or the lack of customer service.

Perfect! Am hiring them again for another fence project this year.

It went very well. My back neighbor commented on how hard they were working and how careful they were with clean up since they had permission to work on their property. They're honest and don't replace anything just to make more money. That's one reason I will ask them to come back when the last sections need to be replaced. There was a glitch on the most recent job but was quickly fixed. Good job and good men each time.

Took several weeks to get the replacement coordinated. Service was professional and they were responsive.

Dana was our contact at Reliable Fence. He was friendly, responsive and gave us the best quote for the job. The job was scheduled and the men came out and completed it in 2 days. The only thing I don't really like is the door/lock that was put on the fence. In all fairness, we didn't discuss it in detail when we decided to go ahead with the job. I had just said to make it similar to the existing one, but it really isn't. It's quite odd, not easy to open/close and ugly. I never followed up with them about this afterward because I just kept forgetting to call, but to this day, it bugs me every time I look at it. At this point I think it's too late to even call them about it as it's been 4 months already. Make sure you are very specific to your wants!

Very good experience. The estimator came out on schedule, understood what I needed. Had a couple of suggestions to improve on my plan, which have indeed helped alot. The installers were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and the fence looks beautiful.

Work very well done. Fence looks beautiful and straight. Work done in time frame as promised. Man who came for estimate also very knowledgeable and helpful. Office /phone help could be improved...not especially helpful or friendly.

The guy who came out from Reliable to give me an estimate was prompt, professional and had a few great suggestions re: placement of the fence and addition of a gate that I had not thought about. His estimate was not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. The installers showed up promptly as scheduled and the fence looks great!

It went well. The original appointment the man showed up on time and provided me with a detailed estimate and answered any questions. He brought pamphlets and magazines so I didn't even need to go to the show room. He talked over the different options with me until I was happy with my choice. The actual job was scheduled for about a month later. I'm not sure why there is such a delay but there is. They have you call Dig Safe prior to work being done. I called Dig Safe and they told me I should have put white flags up on my property where the fence is going to go prior to calling. No one told me this. I also had trouble finding white flags; Home Depot and Lowes just sold bright orange flags. Eventually I found them on Amazon for fifteen bucks; I wasn't thrilled about that. I put up the flags as soon as they came and over the next week a bunch of guys showed up in personal vehicles, hopped out, and spray painted around the sidewalk. The week before the install I got a call and they confirmed the day and time. They indicated it would take 3 days but that I only needed to be home for the first 10 minutes to confirm details of the fence prior to them starting. The three men showed up on time and finished that day before 5. Not sure why I was told three days. Fence looks literally better than I had hoped. I had a bunch more questions the day of and they very graciously answered them. My questions felt welcomed and I didn't feel like I was in there way, annoying, or bothering them. This is important to me.

They did a great job. Competitively priced based on other quotes and stood by their product. After the fence was installed, we had a terrible wind storm and shook the posts up a little while the cement was settling. Wasn't their fault at all. They came back twice afterwords to ensure the fence was secure and steady and to make sure the job was 100% right. Highly recommend. Called others companies in the area and get the runaround. These guys were responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. No complaints and highly recommend.

I got a couple quotes and decided to go with the second one, but I had already scheduled Reliable for quote #3. I expected them to be the most expensive and was surprised when they came in the cheapest and included the removal/disposal of my old fence. I also liked the guy that came out and quoted the job, no nonsense, got a good vibe from him. So we went with Reliable. The downside is they are popular and since we didn't book the job until May there was a 2-3 month backlog. The crew that showed up to do the work did a great job, completed it in 2 days, cleaned up as you would expect. I'm only including the fence cost below. We also had a custom gate made between our house and garage which added an additional $1500. This cost varies greatly depending on the size and style selected.
