RBN Cleaning Company

Have used them for about a year and see no reason to change.  Highly recommend.

It went great!  she came with her boyfriend and they were amazing, they arrived first thing, did what they had to do to make it beautiful, and were on their way in less time than I would have expected.  They were so responsive and honest and hard-working-- I had been really stressed out about the space and they took the task seriously and helped me get it in order without judging me or forgetting about any of the specifics in regard to the stuff and the space they were cleaning and organizing.

They're wonderful. I'm very very pleased with them. Two of them come at 7:30 and are out by 9:15. They're well organized and always on time.
They even helped catch my cat when he got out.

I was extremely satisfied with the cleaning that was done.

I have been using RBN since December 2011 and I think they are absolutely outstanding. I have had the same two women cleaning my house and they are always professional, pleasant and do a wonderful job. They come twice a month and they are consistently on time, efficient and very thorough. I would highly and enthusiastically recommend this company and their services to anyone, and they will always be the company I use for house cleaning.

We had a wonderful experience with Fabricia and Roque, but when they returned to Brazil, they were replaced by two women who have twice knocked the gas valves open on the stove and not turned them off. The first time, we simply spoke with Renato, since we had had such a good experience in the past, but when it happened again, we had to terminate services. It's just dangerous. Additionally, the new crew is much less through than the old; we consistently notice things that they have forgotten to clean.

UPDATE: Renato is sending us a new team. Writing the review reminded me that they might have alternatives available and there were. Will let you know how it goes.

Renato and his firm were recommended to us by a colleague and we have been very happy with their work. They are reliable and efficient and have always done a good job. In six years there have been very few problems or mishaps, and on the one occasion I recall when they did break something (a light pendant) they offered to reimburse us for the damage. We also appreciate the fact that they have kept their price constant over the years. Communication has been easy - Renato is easy to reach by phone and very responsive and flexible whenever we have needed to make scheduling changes, even at short notice. The people who come to the house (it's been various different people over the years) have always been friendly and helpful. We have two small kids, so our house is often quite messy, but they seem to take it in their stride, and do a nice job of reorganizing the chaos. Our kids especially appreciate the artistic arrangements of teddy bears etc on their beds. Overall a good experience, and we would happily recommend them to others.

They dispatched a two-person team who were prompt and late only once, on a winter day when snow was snarling traffic. They were careful to call ahead to let me know they were held up. The team was astonishingly efficient and effective, and responsive to my needs. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

We could not be there on the day of the cleaning so we asked a friend to help us and let Renato into the house and close up when he left. We also asked her to check over his work. While the cleaning was quite good, Renato became angry when our friend saw a spot that was dusty and wiped it down. He stormed out of our place and acted erratically over it. It was highly unprofessional.

They did an excellent job. Their price was more on the expensive side. My only complaint is that they were half an hour late, and did not call to keep me informed.

They're fantastic. Renato immediately responded to my inquiry and stopped by to give me a quote the next day (a Sunday if I remember correctly). They then immediately started making regular cleanings beginning that Tuesday. I have no complaints and would happily recommend them to anyone.

3 cleaning workers showed up on time as scheduled, had a well coordinated distribution of tasks, so everyone was working h****** their own w/o disruption to others and did a very nice job. At the end they asked for me to check to make sure all is cleaned as I expected. Very professional!

Not well.

They were great. The person who owns the company travels along with the house keepers and he is such a pleasure to work with. He tries to accommodate special requests for different days, after parties, etc. He tries to juggle the schedule to meet any needs you have. He is 100% pleasant to deal with. The cleaning crew always showed up with smiles. They were the friendliest house keepers I've ever had. They worked really hard, consistently cleaned and I can't say enough good things about them.

RBN came to my home, went over a list of tasks that I made that I was looking for in a cleaning company, we took a tour of the house, and he pointed out along the way the extra services that he does that weren't on my list, like change the sheets and towels. RBN has cleaned by 1000 sq foot home and the porches a few times now and done an impeccable job. They took care of things that other cleaning companies left behind time and time again. I was so pleased to see that they lifted the glass on the table to clean between the glass and the table frame, that they really got the toilet clean, clean, clean, that the sheets and towels that they replaced were in a basket in the laundry room. RBN did a great job vacuuming, they went under all the nooks and crannies and in the corners, and got everything.

We have used RBN for approximately 3 years. Overall, RBN does an excellent job. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless when they are finished. They also do an excellent job cleaning the floors and vacuuming. They are generally pretty careful, but they have occasionally broken or damaged things around the house. For example, they once broke a lampshade(but paid to replace it). They also chipped some base molding and chipped some paint. Both of these were easily fixed by us. Renato is easy to contact and very responsive. He is very flexible if we have to change days or times for our cleaning. On the whole, we recommend them highly.

Renato's company was recommended to me by a friend. His team works very efficiently and is less expensive than other companies. He pays attention to the "little things" and is very thorough. He has accommodated any schedule changes I asked for and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company.
