+ -1 moreIt went great! she came with her boyfriend and they were amazing, they arrived first thing, did what they had to do to make it beautiful, and were on their way in less time than I would have expected. They were so responsive and honest and hard-working-- I had been really stressed out about the space and they took the task seriously and helped me get it in order without judging me or forgetting about any of the specifics in regard to the stuff and the space they were cleaning and organizing.
Description of Work: responded right away to a last-minute request for an enormous job creating a livable space out of a neglected storage area in my apartment.

Description of Work: I had an apartment cleaned after tenant left. They moved the appliances and cleaned behind them; cleaned the inside of the stove, inside the refrigerator and inside every cabinet. I couldn't ask for better service. I already recommended RBN Cleaning to my neighbor who has already contacted them. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will be using them again.

+ -1 moreI have been using RBN since December 2011 and I think they are absolutely outstanding. I have had the same two women cleaning my house and they are always professional, pleasant and do a wonderful job. They come twice a month and they are consistently on time, efficient and very thorough. I would highly and enthusiastically recommend this company and their services to anyone, and they will always be the company I use for house cleaning.
Description of Work: They vacuumed the entire house, cleaned both bathrooms from top to bottom, same for the kitchen, dusted the entire first floor and dust mopped the second floor which is all hardwood. They changed the linens on the beds as well, and decoratively folded all the towels in the bathrooms and guest rooms.

+ -1 moreWe had a wonderful experience with Fabricia and Roque, but when they returned to Brazil, they were replaced by two women who have twice knocked the gas valves open on the stove and not turned them off. The first time, we simply spoke with Renato, since we had had such a good experience in the past, but when it happened again, we had to terminate services. It's just dangerous. Additionally, the new crew is much less through than the old; we consistently notice things that they have forgotten to clean. UPDATE: Renato is sending us a new team. Writing the review reminded me that they might have alternatives available and there were. Will let you know how it goes.
Description of Work: We have had biweekly cleaning services with this company for a couple of years. They clean our 1000 sqft condo internally, bathroom, floors, dishes, etc.

+ -1 moreRenato and his firm were recommended to us by a colleague and we have been very happy with their work. They are reliable and efficient and have always done a good job. In six years there have been very few problems or mishaps, and on the one occasion I recall when they did break something (a light pendant) they offered to reimburse us for the damage. We also appreciate the fact that they have kept their price constant over the years. Communication has been easy - Renato is easy to reach by phone and very responsive and flexible whenever we have needed to make scheduling changes, even at short notice. The people who come to the house (it's been various different people over the years) have always been friendly and helpful. We have two small kids, so our house is often quite messy, but they seem to take it in their stride, and do a nice job of reorganizing the chaos. Our kids especially appreciate the artistic arrangements of teddy bears etc on their beds. Overall a good experience, and we would happily recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreI was very , very happy with the work and sad to see them go. They dispatched a two-person team who were prompt and late only once, on a winter day when snow was snarling traffic. They were careful to call ahead to let me know they were held up. The team was astonishingly efficient and effective, and responsive to my needs. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe could not be there on the day of the cleaning so we asked a friend to help us and let Renato into the house and close up when he left. We also asked her to check over his work. While the cleaning was quite good, Renato became angry when our friend saw a spot that was dusty and wiped it down. He stormed out of our place and acted erratically over it. It was highly unprofessional.
Description of Work: We had work done on our house and the floors sanded so it was very dusty. They did a nice job getting most of the dust off the lights and cabinets.

+ -1 moreA very responsive contractor -- came within a few days of submitting a request for quote via Angie's List. Very polite (removed his shoes before he did the walk-through). The quote was fair enough, but we found a different cleaning service who charged about the same rate, but who was very specific about what they clean, and how they clean (Renato basically told us only that they would do the job every other week for $100 a visit, without much detail about what they would do). Very pleasant, and we were grateful for his responsiveness!

+ 1 moreThey're fantastic. Renato immediately responded to my inquiry and stopped by to give me a quote the next day (a Sunday if I remember correctly). They then immediately started making regular cleanings beginning that Tuesday. I have no complaints and would happily recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: RBN cleans my small 1BR condo every two weeks. They clean the bathroom, kitchen (incl. doing the dishes), empty the trash, clean the windows, vacuum the floors and furniture, and change the linens on my bed.

Description of Work: They came mostly on time: I had picked them because they indicated on Angies LIst that they used and knew about "green" products, ie,Eco-Friendly cleaning products. I asked them to please use my HEPA vacuum cleaner and they refused. I said that Clorox that they usually used was too strong. So they used windex on everything and the house had an odor for two days. Over all not a good experience.

+ -1 moreThey were great. The person who owns the company travels along with the house keepers and he is such a pleasure to work with. He tries to accommodate special requests for different days, after parties, etc. He tries to juggle the schedule to meet any needs you have. He is 100% pleasant to deal with. The cleaning crew always showed up with smiles. They were the friendliest house keepers I've ever had. They worked really hard, consistently cleaned and I can't say enough good things about them.
Description of Work: RBN Cleaning cleaned my house. They vacuum carpets and do hardwood floors, etc. If you have a spot that is bad on your carpet they will try really hard to get it out for you, but they are not specialized to do that.

+ -1 moreRBN came to my home, went over a list of tasks that I made that I was looking for in a cleaning company, we took a tour of the house, and he pointed out along the way the extra services that he does that weren't on my list, like change the sheets and towels. RBN has cleaned by 1000 sq foot home and the porches a few times now and done an impeccable job. They took care of things that other cleaning companies left behind time and time again. I was so pleased to see that they lifted the glass on the table to clean between the glass and the table frame, that they really got the toilet clean, clean, clean, that the sheets and towels that they replaced were in a basket in the laundry room. RBN did a great job vacuuming, they went under all the nooks and crannies and in the corners, and got everything.
Description of Work: Clean the 1000 sq foot home, 2 times a month. Master Bedroom- empty trash, dust, vacuum, spot clean doors, baseboards and trim. Vacuum run carefully, no beater attachment. Make sure to do the floor in the closet. change sheets Child’s Bedroom-empty diaper genie in the closet, dust, vacuum, spot clean doors, cabinets, baseboards and trim. Change sheets Den- dust, vacuum, spot clean doors, cabinets, baseboards and trim. Dust the TV screen. Vacuum the sofa and footrest. Bathroom-empty trash, wash sink, mirror, toilet, tub, floor, tub tile and grout, and, as needed, showerhead and showerhead holder. Spot clean doors, baseboards and trim. Change towels and bathmat inside and out of tub. Kitchen-empty trash compactor, between sink and dishwasher, and put a new bag, which are kept in the bottom cabinet between the stove and refridgerator. Clean sink, stovetop, microwave, stove hood, spot clean outside of refrigerator, clean counters and wash floor. Please do not put away dishes. Change towels. Living and hallway- - dust, vacuum, spot clean doors, cabinets, baseboards and trim. Dust the computer screen. Vacuum the sofa and chair. Dining- Wipe table, wash floor, occasionally vacuum seats Porch- take out trash, recycling, vacuum, spot clean doors, baseboards and trim Basement stairs- sweep At least once in a while, please vacuum under the bed, behind the dresser and sofa.

+ 0 moreWe have used RBN for approximately 3 years. Overall, RBN does an excellent job. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless when they are finished. They also do an excellent job cleaning the floors and vacuuming. They are generally pretty careful, but they have occasionally broken or damaged things around the house. For example, they once broke a lampshade(but paid to replace it). They also chipped some base molding and chipped some paint. Both of these were easily fixed by us. Renato is easy to contact and very responsive. He is very flexible if we have to change days or times for our cleaning. On the whole, we recommend them highly.
Description of Work: RBN cleans our four bedroom house on a weekly basis. They tidy the rooms, including our two kids' toys, empty the trash, clean the kitchen and bathrooms, vacuum the rugs, wash the wood floors, dust the furniture, and clean the windows as necessary.
