PROSOURCE FLOOR COV

I went to 3 different places to try to get a bid for flooring. Each person was trying to tell me a crazy stupid story and I never met with the installer. I went to Pro Source in Woburn and they deal with a lot of contractors and I said I need a really good floor guy. One place was almost yelling at me, We do this all the time. Stop asking so many questions, and getting so many opinions. They came in completely cockamamie so they gave me Shaun Curran who’s going to be doing my floor now. So far, he has been a peach to work with. He wasn’t as inexpensive as the cheapest bid that I got, but peace of mind is worth a whole lot to me, and the fact that how he approached the job. He came over and looked over at everything, they told me why they didn’t think one thing was a good idea, and why they would do it this way. He communicates by email and gets back to me every time. I may have a couple of things that are a little less expensive but the idea of having one stop shopping with him, he would come in and do both things, and be gone quickly and efficiently was worth it to me. I came back to him and told him of the other bids that I got and if there was any way they could work with me because I really like them and I like to do business with them. It’s a substantial amount of money for the materials. He checked it and worked something out so that was great. I’m sure Shaun is going to do a great job. I can’t imagine anybody who is as good as he is now.
