Description of Work: They designed my kitchen upgrade and supplied the cabinets and contracting services. The design services were free as long as you purchased the cabinets that they were selling. Many of the cabinets had to be custom sized and the designer was very diligent and gave us all kinds of options in the cabinet layout process. She also took into consideration our desire to replace some of the windows in our kitchen with wall cabinets instead and worked with the contractor to ensure that the Cooking range would be be vented to the outside, which it previously was not. The cost above was only for the cabinet purchase. She also redesigned our Laundry area which was part of the kitchen as well and understood that the cabinetry in the Laundry did not have to be of the same quality as the actual kitchen cabinets. The designer was very experienced and compentent. The kitchen cabinets are of very high quality. They also took care of the replacement countertop process. They have their own contractor which we have been using as well. They had many cabinets choices and we were never pressured into purchasing their most expensive lines. They did not require that we use their contractor, but we are very happy with their contractor's work so far. They definitely know what they are doing. The contractor also completely renovated and enlarged the laundry area so that modern front loading washer & dryer would fit (older style boxy washers and dryers are not as deep as the newer modern machines). But you do need to keep an eye on your kitchen upgrade while it is in progress to ensure that all loose ends are being taken care of. It is a custom project, so there can be various ways of interpreting how some things should be done (especially items unrelated to the cabinets -- floors, windows, laundry area redesign, etc.), so daily inspections of the work in progress are strongly recommended to ensure that you get what you want visually and structurally. The contracting services are on a fixed price basis which so far has proved accurate and beneficial considering the laundry area redesign was kind of unclear until it was stripped to the studs. The cabinets are now installed and they fit perfectly as designed and measured. They are also very beautiful. The upgrade is about 85% complete as of this writing (only painting, backsplash installation, laundry area pantry style doors installation and new exterior doors installation remain). As of right now based upon our experience, we would definitely use Prestige Kitchen & Bath again and their contractor to redo our bathrooms as well in the future which are very dated and were built with lower quality materials as was our current kitchen.

Description of Work: We added an addition to our house and at the same time had our whole kitchen gutted and replaced with all new cabinets and built-ins, including a pantry, spice rack and much more space to store food items, etc. than we thought possible. We also built a master bathroom and Tony made the vanity for that as well.
