The cabinets we purchased from Prestige are fantastic. They were delivered exactly to the specifications we had planned. They fit into the spaces perfectly, materials are highest quality, finish is flawless. Slightly more expensive than competing dealers, but you get what you pay for (and lots more.). Follow-up additions and adjustments were handled without any problems or resistance. The service we received from Tony and his staff was first rate. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and very pleasant to deal with. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

I would say that Megan, who was designer, is a fabulous asset to the company. We communicated very well together about what we wanted.

There was nothing that stood out about them but their estimate was higher than the guy I hired to get the work done. I would use their services in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Tony. He is very easy to work with and responds very quickly to the million different questions that come up throughout the phases of the kitchen renovation. He is also very meticulous about his work and takes a lot of pride in his kitchen designs. He will put together a design of your new kitchen in a computer program, then send you the 3-D pictures. You can then request changes etc. The cabinet brands that he carries are high quality yet also good value (we chose cabinets by Apple Valley).

We had to redo the entire kitchen since our home was hit by a huge flood. Tony, the company owner himself, came in during demo stage, quickly measured everything out. Additionally in the future he communicated directly with my contractors briefly and also came out again for re-measurements. He does all of his designs in a CAD based program that even takes in the model numbers of your appliances to size them directly. We did several edits and before we finalized the kitchen design. It was a very easy process. Tony also present us with different pricing options and materials. The kitchen took about 6-8 weeks to come since it was a custom kitchen. The backspash we choose from the tile store and the granite was from gerritystone.

He's conscientious and great with design. He communicates well and did what we needed. His cabinets are great quality and less expensive than most. There was a problem with one of the faces of the cabinets and he came out to fix it free of charge.

Tony came to the house on time, looked at our space and recommended a basic design. He invited us to his shop a few days later to see his samples and to look at his computer mock up of the kitchen design. We really liked the way his cabinets looked and felt and decided to go with him. He sent over many pages of designs and lighting layouts that were used by my contractor to provide the kitchen we were looking for. When the Counter company delayed their delivery of the counters for a day that we were not available, Tony came personally to oversee the Counter install, and sent us photos of it once complete. He did a good job of going above and beyond. and we could not be more satisfied with his product.

Overall, it went very well and Eddie Pendleton, the contractor, was always on time and had our project done in about 7 weeks. His craftsmanship was excellent and I would recommend him warmly. Everyday he kept the place very clean. Eddie and Tony worked very closely and took care of any issues that arised, which were very few and minor. We are very happy with our kitchen project and thanks to Tony we have a beautiful and efficient kitchen.He has a great eye for design, The shape of our island is so unique. We love hanging out around it.

Tony was great to work with and we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! It was a gut renovation of a very challenging space, but Tony worked very closely with us and came up with many ideas and solutions. We had some initial ideas of our own—some clear, some vague—and Tony was super patient with us we discussed the merits of each and he helped us refine them. Tony has strong opinions based on his excellent experience and skill, and he offered us many insights along the way. We really valued his input and greatly appreciated the amount of time, effort, and patience he poured into our project. We spent many weekends going over designs in his showroom, and bounced ideas back and forth via email. We went through many different versions before settling on the final layout, and we couldn’t be more pleased with it! We love our new kitchen and are enjoying cooking and living in it. The layout includes an island with a sink in it, a giant multi-purpose peninsula, an enclosed mudroom area off to the side, and a walk-in pantry. The design really works for our family and the way we live. And oh, we really love the cabinets themselves; they are truly beautiful—and now we are spoiled with the “soft-close” feature! ... Tony is also a great guy in general. He is fun to talk to and exudes positive energy and this wonderful ‘can-do’ attitude. He takes great pride in his work and in the exquisite craftsmanship of his cabinets. He tackles his jobs with such enthusiasm it is really refreshing to see and to have him on board. He treats his clients with respect and is a wonderful guide to good design. As we are focused on making our home as ‘green’ as possible, he listened to our thoughts and concerns and was proactive in addressing them. For instance, we were interested in formaldehyde-free cabinets. He looked into it and found that his cabinetmaker offered a formaldehyde-free option. Not too much information was available at first, but he pursued with his research in order to present us with as comprehensive information as possible. That we really appreciated. ... Overall, we had a terrific experience with Tony and would highly recommend him to anyone. A talented, meticulous kitchen designer, cabinets of superb quality, beautiful design and execution, competitive prices—all the elements of a wonderful new kitchen!

Terrific experience from start to finish. Tony has a keen design aesthetic and a corresponding attention-to-detail, along with a network of top-notch partners (e.g. contractor and granite vendors) that made for a brilliant design. We met with a number of potential vendors for this job but Tony won our business by sheer hard work (and great references). He showed us a number of design options, and though he let us choose the one we liked the best, he gave pertinent opinions that let us make an informed decision and thus increased the likelihood of a satisfactory result. He was active in the process throughout, and proactively communicative without being overbearing. Though this was my first kitchen remodel experience, I've lived through remodels of 4 bathrooms prior to this, and frankly my expectations weren't high, but Tony's professionalism and authenticity re-raised my bar of expectation; in short, I highly recommend Prestige (and the people they recommend as ancillary vendors to the process).

Tony takes great pride in his work. He came up with a fabulous design for our kitchen taking into account of our family's needs by creating a breakfast nook as well as an organized place for paperwork in the kitchen, all cabinets, extra storage etc. We appreciated his great attention to detail and excellent followup on all aspects of the job. Great experience.

Tony came in and showed me cabinets that had more details than I originally was looking at. The cabinets matched the style of the panels on my door. It also gave me the inspiration to follow other detail already in the house. I also added crown molding, spice cabinet, stain, and a sink to my order.

Tony was amazing. He helped us see how our prior kitchen set up was a complete misuse of space and helped us open it way up. The whole first floor of our condo is now radically different (and better) - all because of his design. We are constantly complimented on the layout. After designing the layout, Toby helped us at every point along the way from concept to finished kitchen. His contacts were invaluable to us and his professionalism and cheerful attitude made the remodeling process so much easier than we were expecting. His energy appears to be boundless and he made himself available to us nights and weekends and, as I recall, even on one holiday. He is not only top notch at what he does but he is a good person as well. We are glad to have gotten to know him and his business and would recommend him to anyone considering a kitchen/bath renovation, without question.

Overall, we couldn't have imagined a smoother process, and our new kitchen and bathroom are incredible! From our first meeting with Tony Montiero, we knew we could work well with him, and this proved to be the case. Earlier this year we purchased a home that required a significant amount of renovations. We worked with a number of contractors on a range of renovation projects; however Prestige Kitchen & Bath stands apart in terms of their responsiveness to our needs as well as the outstanding quality of their workmanship. Our kitchen required a complete re-do. Prestige Kitchen & Bath (Tony) came to our house, did a walk-through, listened to our needs, and then generated a number of computer-based designs, which we collaboratively refined. Throughout the design process Tony gave us great advice and helped us work through the various options and trade-offs that we needed to make. We eventually sourced our cabinets from him and were very pleased with the look and quality of our purchase. Tony became such a trusted adviser to us we asked for his guidance on our countertops and appliances. He even accompanied us, on his own time and at no cost, to choose the granite for the countertops. Tony was very mindful of our budget throughout the design process. When it came time to make the design a reality Tony?s contractors were outstanding. Eddie Pendleton and his team were first rate. The quality of their work (cabinets, lighting, flooring, masonry) was excellent. In sum, we are thrilled with the look of our kitchen and would strongly recommend Prestige Kitchen & Bath to anyone who is looking to upgrade or re-do their kitchen.

This was a challenging project mostly due to some issues I had with the installation and expansion of my kitchen. Tony was the one constant throughout this process. No matter what problem arose or whether it had to do with something he was part of or something my contractor should really handle, Tony always helped me find solutions. His "can do" attitude and calm demeanor were invaluable to me during this process. The components of my kitchen installation done by Prestige Kitchen and Bath were all done in a timely and organized manner. Tony was very efficient in providing me drawings and edits. He communicated the various time lines clearly. All his products came in on time and in budget. He provided detailed drawings to my contractor and labeled every cabinet to make installation easier. He came by to oversee some of the installation and answer questions by the contractor. He also assisted when I asked for help for my counter template. All in all my experience with Prestige Kitchen & Bath was an excellent one. I will be the first to recommend Tony to my family and friends.

Tony was very helpful from the start. We went in with a specific budget and after a few revisions Tony was able to help us meet our budget and create a design that we were very happy with. When we encountered a problem with the delivery, Tony came out right away and helped us resolve the issue, since my contractor was not available at the time. I am impressed by the level of dedication and service.

Again, Tony offered appropriate options for cabinets, hardware and sink to meet my non-cookie cutter style. The cabinets arrived in a timely manner. Tony inspected the cabinets on arrival, noticed a small nick in the upper corner of one piece that I perhaps would not have even noticed and promptly reordered it. The cabinets were installed without delay and Tony inspected it afterwords. This was the first time I've ever gotten the final bill and it exactly matched the estimate - no surprises - and in today's economy, this is huge.

We did an entire kitchen and bathroom from start to finish (within the current footprint of the rooms). Tony was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of remodeling and had great suggestions for materials, layout, finishes, etc. He even had a software program that showed us exactly what the finished project would look like. I trusted his judgment and felt extremely taken care of. He treated our project like one of "his babies", stopping in all along the way to make sure everything was going well. I also appreciated his recommendations for a contractor, whom he had worked with successfully and all of the vendors for granite, tile, etc. I think we got a quality kitchen and bath that looks far more expensive than it was. I would recommend Tony from Prestige Kitchen & Bath to anyone who asks!

Overall, the work went very well. Tony came out to the house and took several measurements. He provided several kitchen designs, often tweaking the "final" until I decided it was what I wanted. He was very professional, patient, and thoughtful. He rechecked the specs throughout, too. He brought cabinet samples to the house. He also suggested appliances, including a sink and provided hardware for me to look at. He also drove me out to look at granite and took care of ordering that. Unfortunately, the wrong granite was installed, and when I called Tony, he immediately came by and worked with the vendor to correct it. When one of the cabinets and a baseboard arrived and we found a crack in it, he determined it needed to be replaced and quickly took care of it. He was often in touch with the contractor and came by during the work to ensure it was going smoothly. I love my new kitchen!

I was referred to PKB from my real estate broker who knew Tony (the owner). We were doing a full gut renovation of a brownstone, so I needed pretty much everything-- it was very daunting. Service was most important to me-- the last time we did a renovation, I went through the design team at Home Depot and while the prices for their cabinets were moderate, the service was horrible, so the second time around, I knew better. Where do I begin? Tony was wonderful. What I liked most about him is that he knew what he was doing and he always had an opinion-- he has tremendous experience, has designed many kitchen and baths, and that was important to me. I came to rely heavily on his opinion. Sometime we would disagree, but that was OK-- it was important step to getting to the end. A great service is that he creates colored picture images of his designs, which really helped me visualize the color and placement of things much more so than the black and white print outs that I got from some other kitchen places. I must say my kitchen ended up looking pretty much like the pictures, so there were no surprises. I love how everything came together. Tony's service was top notch. Even when I was uncertain and changing my mind back and forth and back again, Tony always stayed with me and worked with me until I got to where I needed-- I never felt pressure to make a decision. He was incredibly patient-- I thought I would drive him crazy at times, but never did. I ended up with beautiful results. Even now that the project is done, I still am emailing him for his advice on other kitchen related things. If you value service and guidance and quality, I would strongly recommend PKB. I would use PKB again in a heartbeat.

We had been home owners for years but had never done much remodeling or renovation. We also have a hard time viualizing what a finished product will look like. Working with Tony was a great comfort. Our inexperience was offset by his experience. He didn't try to do too much or "sell" us on designs or products that were beyond either our likes or our budget. His computer aided graphics and design capibilities allowed us to see what the finished kitchen would look like before our entire 5 month home renovation project began. A side-by-side comparison of the finished product pictures and the design graphics reveals how well the graphics project the actual. The overall renovation was on time and on budget. Coordinating the kitchen and bath fixtures with the contractor schedules is no small burden, but Prestige kept its side of the bargain. We are back in our home and very happy and satisfied with the result.

The cabinet order went very well and was timely. The cabinets were delivered exactly when we were told they would arrive. Tony viewed the cabinets at our house to make sure all was in order. There was one error on the order and it was corrected within 10 days without any fuss. However the selection and installation of the marble slab for the counter top was not done in a timely manner. The stone company was undergoing some changes in management so their work was delayed. The stone company also made an error in the section of the stone that I had selected for the counter. But the good news is that, Tony persisted with the company and we received a replacement slab of marble in the end for a nominal cost. Tony provide excellent customer service under stress and made sure we were satisfied which took a great deal of effort on his part. The marble installers were very good and efficient when they did the installation and cleaned up nicely when they were done.

Tony is a delight to work with. He was unflappable despite the many changes I made. He immediately did a new computer rendering so I can see my changes and decide if they were workable. Tony stopped by with every new step and furnished us with several sample choices of cabinets, glass, hardware etc. All I had to do was mention something and Tony investigated it and presented me with choices.
