Excellent!!! Can't say enough about how smooth the whole process went. I called to have an estimate and they came out the same day and took measurements and had a design to me a day or two later. Worked with Santa in the Woburn office, she was always responsive and extremely helpful through out the whole process. Quick delivery on the cabinets and the granite installed a week later. Would not hesitate to recommend Santa and Prestige!

Some friends had used Prestige Kitchen and Bath for their kitchen redesign and recommended them. I ended up working with Phil (who is now based out of their new Needham showroom) who came up with a couple of different designs to make use of the limited space in my kitchen condo. We took out a half wall and really opened the space up. I like the cabinets he recommended. Overall it looks great.

Megan came out to look at our existing kitchen and quickly had ideas on how to expand and reconfigure the space. Our kitchen is now more functional and looks great. Megan worked within our budget and was always very responsive. We ended up redoing 3 bathrooms as well and Megan helped us with our bathroom vanities and medicine cabinets. Everytime we had a questions Megan was right there to help us out. Great experience from start to finish.
Description of Work: We had just purchased a house that hadn't been updated for 34 years. We needed new cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms.

They did an excellent job of finding a product line and kitchen design which fit our needs for functionality, looks, and price. They did a number of 3D models to help us choose which arrangement was the best. We were surprised at how reasonable the price was compared to Home Depot and the like, since the quality and service at Prestige were much better. They arranged for their installers to come and install the cabinets, and connected us with a handyman they use to do some of the plastering and some other non-kitchen work we needed done. They also have a relationship with a stone yard where we chose the specific slab of granite and how it would be oriented in our kitchen, and then they did the install. It all came to together wonderfully and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, now after 2 years of use!
Description of Work: They designed and arranged the install of our cabinets and countertops for a full remodel of our kitchen.

Things went very well. Tony the owner was very helpful and accommodating. He knew I had certain time frames for when the contractor would be on site, and worked with me to hit my timing goals. He paid attention to the design I had envisioned and turned it into a reality, while also making excellent recommendations for my consideration. This was true regarding the type of cabinet I ended up buying. I was initially hoping to keep the budget about 50% less than what I ultimately paid; however, Tony provided a lot of information for me to consider in light of the smallness of the room, and the features I wanted. He was also very honest about features and options, and I always felt he was guiding me toward what would work best, rather than the most expensive options. Renovating a kitchen while living in the house is a real drag. I just feel lucky that by selecting Prestige (and also having a phenomenal contractor, by the way), it was more efficient than what I had expected.
Description of Work: Purchased cabinets and quartz countertops (plus sink and hood), for kitchen renovation. I also received the design services for the new kitchen as part of the purchase.

We were referred to PK & B by one of the contractors that we considered using for our kitchen. While we did not hire that contractor, we were so impressed by Phil and his design for our new kitchen that we stuck with Prestige. After the initial phone call, Phil came to our house within a few days to take measurements. During that first meeting, he asked lots of questions about our wants and needs for the new kitchen design. He spent well over a hour answering our questions and making suggestions. About a week later, we went to the Prestige showroom to view his design (which was fabulous!), get the cost estimate and to look at cabinet and countertop options. We already knew the wood type and general style of cabinets that we wanted, so there was not a lot of decision making to be done there. Phil was very straightforward about the prices of the various styles of cabinet doors and counter materials. He gave us multiple estimates for the two door types and counter materials (quartz vs. granite) that we were trying to decide on. We ended up going for the pricier options so you can save a few thousand dollars by choosing other cabinet and countertop options. It took 6 weeks for the cabinets to arrive. The delivery went very smoothly. After the contractor finished the project, we realized that the metal pole for the cabinet with the lazy susan did not extend fully. We emailed Phil photos of the problem and he came out promptly to assess the issue so that he could address it with the sales person from the cabinet manufacturer. As it turns out, he was able to fix the problem himself that same night, which was fantastic. Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend PK & B. They created zero stress during a very stressful renovation.

I went to 7-8 kitchen cabinet places while shopping for cabinets for my kitchen redo project. I called PK&B to schedule an appointment for someone to come over and give me an estimate. Phil came to my house that day (OK, it was on his way home but still, to get an estimate on the same day?) and took his measurements, asked a lot of questions, gave me some ideas about cabinet layout, etc. and emailed me a few days later with an estimate for cabinets made by Tedd Wood. I went to the PK&B showroom in Woburn to check out the cabinets and was very impressed with the products there. Only prob was that the Tedd Wood cabinets cost quite a bit more than I wanted to spend. Phil drew up plans and an estimate for WayPoint cabinets. Phil sent me the new info but I was still undecided on which brand to buy, etc. Again, I went to quite a few different kitchen cabinet places. So I ended up stopping by PK&B three times and was treated extremely well at each visit -- not just by Phil but by Tony, who owns the company. They are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I got some really good ideas from them. A couple of the ideas they floated out to me concerned things like having the garbage/recycling drawer to the right of the dishwasher and having at least one cabinet with a glass front -- I thought both these ideas were "dumb," although I didn't tell them that. As I thought more and more about the project, I would realize that all the recommendations they would make were the right ones and I incorporated many of them into my kitchen. I purchased the Waypoint cabinets during my third visit to their showroom -- I felt that the Tedd Wood cabinets were a better quality product but the Waypoints are still a really nice cabinet, plus I saved over $3K so I'm not complaining. The cabinets were delivered well within the timeframe I was told to expect. There was some slight damage to one of the cabinets and Phil facilitated the process to get a replacement cabinet shipped to me. Oh, and I should mention that I went to three other WayPoint dealers and PK&B were by far the cheapest price. Besides saving money on the price of the cabinets themselves, they also offered me free delivery, free garbage/recycling drawer, free hardware and a free plywood upgrade on all the cabinets so I probably saved $2K thanks to all these freebies. When I would go to another dealer and ask if they were offering free delivery, free hardware, etc. they would look at me like I just told them all politicians are totally honest. So bottom line for me is that I got a great deal at PK&B. The people I dealt with there were a pleasure to do business with and I am extremely happy with the cabinets I purchased. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and have already done so to friends and relatives (and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises).

We worked with Megan for this job. Overall, the job went very well and the whole project came out nicely. We provided Megan with an initial concept regarding the overall design and she provided a drawing matching what we wanted. The cabinets she recommended came within our budget and were of good quality. She worked with our contractor very closely to make sure things were being executed as planned and when unexpected events occurred (they do for every renovation job), she was there at all times to personally take care of the issues. We've had wrong LED lights being shipped to us (manufacturer's fault) and Megan took care of it with no questions asked. She came to our house several times to check on the job and we appreciated that. For bathroom, we've also had some issues with cabinets not being in the right size and she again worked with our contractor to fix them. We shopped around for cabinets and the prices are reasonable. Considering the design and personal services that come with the order, I'd say they offer an excellent experience overall. Would work with them again.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. For the kitchen, Prestige provided the design, cabinets, the hood and LED lighting. They've also arranged for the granite counter tops. For bath, the company provided the design/layout, vanity including the granite top, linen closet.

Tony provided the vision and design that finally motivated us to do the kitchen and bathroom renovation that we had been putting off for 20 years. His design skill and visualization software pushed us into action. He did not charge for the design, but the cost is really bundled into the cabinets he sells. Tony helped us through all the detailed decisions we had to make from door design, color, handles and knobs, etc. He helped us stay within our budget, giving us affordable options rather than pushing higher priced alternatives. He was committed to having a satisfied customer. Even though all of the installation was handled by our building contractor, Tony stayed very involved long after the cabinets were delivered. After the delivery we discovered that the built-out space was going to be 6" shorter than the original construction diagrams indicated. He worked with our builder to solve the problem. This included finding a way to recover 4 1/2 inches of space, cutting 1 1/2 inches out of 2 of the cabinets and providing replacement doors (at his own cost). After the installation was complete, Tony returned to adjust some of the doors and make some minor repairs. This project would not have been successful without Tony's ongoing attention to detail.

It went very well. There was a few bumps in the road but nothing to crazy. Megan was always there to help and provide a fast response to my questions. I enjoyed working with this company. The price might be slightly high but you get what you pay for with them. They go above and beyond on making sure you are happy with your purchase. The quality of the cabinets and granite are good. I am truly happy with my purchase.

Excellent. I have either built new homes or redone kitchens or bathrooms several times. This was the most trouble-free professional job I've seen. Megan was always readily available and responsive to any questions. I thought the price was high for a very small kitchen but I did no comparison shopping so I can't say for sure. The price included only the cabinets, but some were expensive because of a lazy susan or spice rack. The price didn't include installation, painting, appliances, or countertop. The contractor Megan recommended, Gilson Machado, was also excellent. He was reliable and exceptionally competent. It was a problem kitchen because it is so small and has two corners. Megan's ideas for gaining more space were right on, and I now have the smallest kitchen I've ever owned but have enough room without having to take more than one step in any direction. I'm grateful to Angie's List for the referral.

Tony is an outstanding kitchen designer and such a pleasure to work with. He is a very talented and his cabinets are just beautiful and excellent quality. My husband and I recently purchased a new home in Beacon Hill and did a gut renovation of our kitchen Tony came up with a beautiful and creative design that opened up our entire kitchen and the cabinets we purchased from him are just beautiful. One of the parts I most appreciated working with Tony was he was open to changing the design from our input, but he correctly stood firm on parts of the design he felt were really important to balance the kitchen. He has great vision and is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have during the renovation. He personally stopped over to check on the cabinets several times, we really enjoyed working with Tony at Prestige Kitchen and we would highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Tony designed our kitchen and wet bar in our guest room, he also provided us with the beautiful cabinets, LED lighting, our range hood, sink, and faucet. The kitchen cabinets were $24,000 (with tax & delivery) and the balance was spread out for our guest room cabinets for our wet bar, the LED under counter lighting, range hood, disposal and sinks, faucets, and handles we purchased.

I called Megan during the summer and I remember she came by the next day or soon thereafter. I had an existing kitchen island if you could call it that. It was more a plywood box with a broken drawer and an the old Jennair cooktop to which you had to put ball jars underneath to grab the grease. Megan was kind and professional as she looked at this island. I knew right away she understood what I needed, obviously a new island but she got the whole picture. I had been burnt before but I knew in my gut this would not happen and I was right. The plans were made up and tweaked here and there a few times. The cabinets were ordered, I picked out the granite and Megan even suggested a stove which is beautiful. You could think to yourself that anything would look better than what we had but that is not the case because the island looks fantastic and I am so utterly happy. Their contractor Gilson came out to intsall the cabinets on the floor before the granite and stove. I had a few other contractors in and out doing other things and they all commented on what a professional job he and his co-worker did installing the cabinets. Soon the granite arrived and it all came together. The island is perfect! During the process I had a problem with the surrounding floor to which Megan was more than happy to help with suggestions and even sent Gilson their contractor out one evening. Most importantly, there was a little glitch during the installation of the granite. BUT, this was taken care of immediately which is important for consumers to know because things do not always go perfectly and follow up is really, really key. Megan followed up immediately and it was resolved. If you are reading this then you probably are fed up with fly by night operations that are not entirely honest. Fear no more. The truth is had I known it would have gone so well I would have doubled up my budget to 20K and done a few other things, but hind sight is 20/20. I now know what company to use and one can let their guard down, relax and enjoy the process since it was seamless and worked out so well.
Description of Work: Existing kitchen island was replaced with a larger kitchen island. Service included all new cabinets, granite top, new stove, hardware and installation. The cabinets are great quality, the granite is beautiful and having Prestige K & B do the installation was key. I included $1000.00 which was for our electrician and some extra floor work around the island, which was done separately.

Overall, we found working with Prestige Kitchen & Bath to be a very positive experience. Tony was great to work with. Ours was a gut rehab of a kitchen space that had last been updated 30 years ago. Tony provided us with a range of design options that were both practical and creative. The cabinets he sold us are beautiful and high quality and most importantly, we love our new kitchen. We recommend Prestige K&B without reservation!
Description of Work: Total redesign of kitchen layout, cabinetry, lighting, etc. Tony began with our current kitchen layout and after helping us clarify priorities and preferences as to use and functionality, provided us with two new design options along with the pros and cons for each....as well as estimated costs. He then provided cabinetry of high quality at reasonable and competitive cost.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Prestige. We purchased our kitchen cabinets from them. Working with Megan is absolutely a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The first time we met her, we have our own design in mind. But after seeing the 3D visualization of the design, we didn't like it. Megan was extremely patient and quickly picked up our taste. She came up with a beautiful new design tailored to our taste. Megan is very artistic. Her design is elegant and practical. I used her advice a lot when deciding the color scheme and accessories of our kitchen. She even suggested the style of the moldings in our kitchen, which we are in love with. Megan and Tony came to our house several time to make sure that the cabinet is installed properly (our contractor installed them). Last but not least, the quality of the cabinets we purchased is superb. We now have our kitchen for more than 6 months and we didn't have any problem with the cabinets. We are extremely satisfied with the service. We also ordered our bathroom vanity and countertop from Prestige. We would recommend Prestige to anyone who would like to have a beautiful kitchen and at the same time enjoy the renovation process.

We wanted a "Wow" kitchen and Tony created that for us. It turned out to be exactly what we wanted! He came up with several thoughtful layouts and we discussed the pros and cons of each design. He is truly a professional (and a perfectionist) and knows what he's doing. After several meetings he came up with a design that we were all happy with. He was very accessible and made very astute suggestions during the design process. The kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. Everything is positioned thoughtfully and ergonomically. We use our kitchen a lot and we couldn't ask for it to be better. He also recommended a contractor (also a perfectionist) that was wonderful to work with and did an outstanding job as well. Tony helped us pick out the appliances, plumbing fixtures and directed us to a granite company. After we made our granite selection he handled the fabrication of the countertops. He worked closely with the contractor to be sure everything was perfect. (For example, one of the drawer fronts had a tiny ding on the top edge that I probably wouldn't even have noticed but he made sure that it was replaced.) He also designed a fabulous wet bar for our family that we are equally pleased with. We would definitely use him in the future for any other remodeling that we are considering.

I met Tony at Prestige Kitchen and Bath and immediately had a good impression of him. He is gregarious and really seems to know his business. He came and measured my kitchen in a timely manner and was very friendly. We made an appointment in his showroom to review kitchen designs, cabinetry, lighting, and countertops. When I arrived at the showroom Tony had already had some plans drawn up according to hand sketches I provided to him and his exact measurements of the kitchen. He listened well and made some changes quickly to the plans while I waited. Once we had a good kitchen plan It was time to pick out cabinets and countertops. Tony went through the different types of cabinets as well as companies that make them answering all my questions along the way. I choose Apple Valley cabinets and was given a price quote right on the spot. We came to an agreement on the price of the cabinets and they were ordered after I submitted a down payment. I was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for the cabinets to be ready and they were ready in that time. I also got a quote on Curava concrete and recycled glass countertops (over $8000) and under-cabinet lighting ($1300). The Curava, countertops seemed too expensive so I did a bit of research and found a quote directly from the Curava distributer for $4200 which is half the price quoted by Tony. I did research on the under-cabinet lighting and found Tony’s prices competitive and fair. I placed my order with Tony for the lighting. I spoke with Tony a few days before the cabinets were to be delivered and was asked for the balance owed at that time. I indicated to him that I would like to inspect the cabinets before paying the balance. Tony reminded me the contract I signed with him says balance on delivery. I told him I would pay the balance on delivery which was scheduled for the following Monday. I told Tony that I had to leave for work on the day of delivery and had to leave my place at 9am latest. Tony assured me that the delivery would begin before 9am and his assistant Megan would be there to collect the balance before 9am as Tony would be out of town. Delivery day came and the delivery personnel nor Megan showed up by 9am. I left my house at 9am. Megan, Tony’s assistant and the delivery company showed up later on Monday. Megan spoke with my roommate and demanded payment for the balance owed on the cabinets threatening that she would stop delivery and return the cabinets. My roommate had nothing to do with the purchase of the cabinets and explained this to her. Megan became irate with my roommate and began yelling at him in a totally unprofessional manner. My roommate reminded Megan that she was supposed to be there before 9am to collect the payment from me at which she said she got stuck in traffic. Megan then called my contractor and demanded, with the delivery personnel as witness, that he agree to pay the balance if I do not. My contractor agreed which was nice on his part but unnecessary. The cabinets were delivered and inspected and I promptly paid the balance the following day. When I spoke with Tony regarding the incident with his assistant he supported his assistant and told me some story about a customer who did not pay a balance. Something I have never done. This was my only negative incident with Prestige Kitchen and Bath. Tony also helped greatly in placement of the lighting for my renovation. As well as personally picking up lighting and delivering to my place, which was above and beyond his responsibilities. I am also working with Tony on trying to find a suitable sealer for concrete countertops. This is also above and beyond his responsibilities and I am grateful to him for this. All in all my experience with Tony at Prestige Kitchen and Bath was a good one. I would recommend Prestige Kitchen and Bath for business but with the insistence of working with only Tony. I love the design and the final product of my kitchen renovation.

Our contractor did not do custom cabinets which we needed, and suggested Tony. My husband and I both liked Tony upon our initial meeting, so we decided to work with him. We spent a lot of time going over cabinet styles and details - our kitchen was rather complicated - and he was very helpful. He provided us with plans for the cabinets and lighting that the contractor used for the installation. Tony was a pleasure to work with. He dropped off door samples and color samples at our house. There was a point in the middle of construction when our contractor landed in the hospital and I panicked (since the workers only spoke Portuguese and I only spoke English). Tony came over and translated for us and kept everyone on an even keel. He came over once our cabinets were installed and tweaked the doors so that everything lined up perfectly, and reinstalled the under-cabinet lighting which had been incorrectly done by the electrician. Several of the cabinet doors were damaged during shipping, and he replaced them promptly. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Tony provided us with kitchen cabinets, hardware and lighting for our kitchen renovation. We already had an architect and drawings.

The service from Tony at PK&B went very well at all phases including the initial consulatations, measurements, ordering, and post-installation follow-up. Tony personally was professional, and met every appointment and price commitment. His recommendations for the product and configuration reflected that he listened, understood, and correctly interpreted our needs and expectations. The cabinets were the good quality and value we expected. His follow-up was prompt and his attention to the details of completing the job was comprehensive.
Description of Work: The project was for a complete kitchen renovation including complete new cabinetry from PK&B to be installed by our contractor. We went to PK&B with a fairly detailed plan, with some specific fit and layout issues, and a sense of the relative quality in which we were interested. Through our initial visits Tony greatly helped us quickly narrow in on an appropriate vendor and product line. He sorted through the variety of cabinet accessory optionswith attention to those he felt would add real value and convenience. After taking measurements on-site, Tony refined our plan and came up with cabinet solutions, including the awkward spaces particularly around the stove. There was no need for iterations as the plans all were to our liking, accurately reflecting what we had discussed with Tony. From there he finalized the orders with the manufacturer. After installation of the bulk cabinets, Tony followed up and verified the installation and added and aligned the finishing hardware.
