The worker Brian was very professional and polite. He removed the bathtub and replaced it with a walk in shower. He continued to work until the job was done and cleaned up when the job was completed. He also advised us of other job the company/ business offered.

Our salesman, was excellent. He told us how our roof installers went to training and the products that NewPro uses were made specifically for them to assure that the roof was vented and would be secure through New England winters. When the installers were here, they worked very hard to complete the task quickly and thoroughly. A customer service person called during the installation and asked if we had any concerns or questions. They called the site leader to share with him. When the site leader spoke to us, he told and showed us how they had replaced the board that was wet under the shingles. When they were done, they cleaned up all the materials and went over our yard with a magnet to collect any nails that had fallen.
