I placed my order on March 8th and was told installation would be in (no guarantee here) about 6 weeks. I gave the salesman a deposit of $5,000 to lock in the lowest rate. It is now 8 weeks later and after 2 phone calls to the Woburn office I am still not given a date and the same story each time (8 days apart) they are waiting for the paper permit from my city, Haverhill. I am more than frustrated and about to call the BBB and state Attorney General's office to complain. The reviews on your site were very positive. I logged in to Yelp today and the comments were awful with the same problems cited that I am experiencing. Their ratings were low. I have to wonder in the truthfulness of your reviews and will probably not use your service again based on this experience.

Very efficient, polite installers. One team ripped off old roof, did any necessary repairs then installed the new roof while another team cleaned up my yard plus my neighbor's (as some debris blew around). They made sure every nail was cleaned up too. The roof is very nice and product excellent quality. The company did EVERYTHING they said they were going to do and did not skimp or cut corners. I highly recommend Newpro.

Pricey tub install but I went with them because of the 50 yr guarantee. I have yet to use my new tub and hope it's worth what I paid. The installer was punctual and knew what he was doing. I was amazed and thrilled it was completed in 1 day as promised.

Customer service was awful no one would return calls from the top all the way down Salesman promised me one day for the shower installation took two weeks and 2 1/2 days later the project was completed I would never recommend this company to anyone No quality control In my experience this was just an awful company to deal with, A lot of propaganda about being a family business and keeping the customer happy that's all it was propaganda Try to get my money back after the first mistake and was told that they started the work Just a very bad experience This was a trial run I have two houses that I was going to replace the windows approximately 60 windows to be replaced Will never use nor recommend new pro for anything !!!!!😞

Kind of expensive for one window but service was good

Very impressed with the original presentation and how quickly the job progressed from then. A little pricier than the competition, but quality products and a full roofing system is used. Actual work was beautifully done and only in two days. Cleaned up afterwards- like they were never there. A little challenging to communicate during the job, as they didn't all speak English- but someone was usually present who did. Also wish there had been a follow up of some sort from the company, at the completion of the job. But overall- extremely pleased!

Good job , done on schedule

they left the attic a big mess , they broke the alarm horn off the house and am having a hard time getting someone to get back to me . None of the people who came to work on the house could speak English .they didn't finish Friday no problem said they would be back Monday with no phone call to say they wouldn't be here showed up Tuesday showed them what was done ,no reaction .couldn't show them the attic my son had to clean up,when he opened the door on the ceiling everything came falling all over him i would never recommend them . wanted to waite for them to get back to me they still havn't so here is my experience with Nu PRO

I'm just happy for there service

Installers put screws into the wrong area of our bathroom window which kept the window in an open position. I needed to call the company after hours to have someone come to my rescue. It took the supervisor 20 minutes to shut the window then 9 days for them to come for the repair of the window and screen that was damaged at installation.

Before, our upstairs bathroom was not functioning for 5-10 years. Now, it is great! The plumbing is great and I am obsessed with my new shower. I only wish they could have done everything (flooring and paint), because I am not very handy and know I will most likely screw something up in my beautiful new bathroom. I would recommend them, and I will likely choose Newpro when I remodel the kitchen in a few years

Great installers, very personable

Salesman made promise's that were not kept. Job not done as requested. Will not recommend plumber.

Wednesday Have eight windows installed the crew was fabulous polite considerate very neat great job. Two-man crew started Friday started preparation for siding So far great job

Showed up on time, went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Final product is very nice looking. Am very happy.
