Cancelled my appointment the day of, twice. Did not bring the materials for the job. Came back again with defective materials. Still have not heard back about when they are coming to finish the job. They were also confused about what the job entailed when they had already been to my house previously to check it out. Having just one window and one door replaced. Hired them three months ago. They have been to my house four times and not finished the job yet. No one has contacted me about when it will be complete. The job was also very expensive, leading me to believe I would receive better service. I am the sole owner of my house and when they asked how old I was, they asked that my dad or my boyfriend be present when they reviewed their products with me. They said it would be easier for them to answer questions with a man there....It's 2017, those comments are NOT acceptable.

The windows came out beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves. Great job, great price. Will use them again in the future...

I had a leak behind the shower wall. The tub was awful and old. They came in and took the bathroom to the studs and put in a beautiful new tub, new subfloor, new surrounds and new plumbing

I had not realized that i had stopped by the Newpro booth at our local home show. When the sales guys came to my door i was a little surprised. But they were friendly and helpful, and did have a style of siding and color that we liked. So we signed up and were awaiting a call about timing. That's when things went a little south as the color we had selected was not available. But the sales team (all the way up to the VP) were very committed to working with us to find something that would fit our needs. It took a few weeks, but we found a siding that Newpro agreed to install (not their normal supplier). Even with all of this, we were only about a week delayed from the original proposed start date, so that was great. We had a designer (Vlad) come out to review the site, and he offered some great suggestions and was very thorough and friendly and confident about doing the best job ever. Then the installation crew arrived, and oh my goodness, what an AMAZING team of guys! The leader was Denis and he was awesome. Between the great design from Vlad and the talented crew led by Dennis, we did indeed have the one of the best construction-related experience in our lives. We have remodeled, and done all kinds of construction at various homes we have owned over a 30+ year period, and this was by far the best 'unknown' group of folks with whom we have ever worked. The entire team was customer-focused from the beginning through the end, and the final results are nothing short of spectacular! Kudos to you all !

Newpro staff are very professional they were right on schedule with measuring for the windows, scheduling of installation and showed up on the day scheduled. I'm very impressed with the scheduling and promptness of the newpro team. The installation crew was outstanding, Greg who was in charge was excellent, on task, organized and knew what he was doing. Both crew members Dave and Steve were great. They cleaned up and were respectful of my home and very responsive to my questions. Overall a very good home improvement experience and I have done a lot of home improvement projects over the years. The windows are beautiful.

Started project early and worked on weekends as needed. Finished my house in less than 2 weeks and I have been getting rave reviews from my neighbors. The job was excellent.

Process as whole was pleasant. Install of 6 windows were all done by one person who was amazing.

The people who came to my house to do the work were polite, knowledgeable, and did excellent work from start to clean up. The sales people were just the opposite. They were pushy, vague on costs, and seemed to be pushing an agenda. The most aggravating thing thing they did was to offer price that had to be accepted right away so that one had to sign an agreement that night or pay a higher price if one waited to think about it. When asked what would change if we waited, their answers were evasive and in my opinion untrue. We accepted their proposal after their second visit.
