They did a great job and fast

Overall tub/shower replacement went well, minor hiccups. Finished product (tub and surround) looks very nice, but only time will tell if it holds up to the non-mold/mildew promise. Caulking was required all around and in some places it was a bit thick. Plumbing fixtures they installed (Moen) are inferior to the what we had (Symmons), already replaced the shower head with a Delta.

Much of the project was a give into what they wanted to sell us, smaller plastic tub, with fake tile, with their fixtures, no design inspiration, way overpriced for what it is, but good quality workmanship. They do not do a whole bathroom remodel, they only do tubs.

Most professional and neat, tidy, timely. Highly recommended for quality and price.

The size of the soaker tub that I wanted was too small when they came to install/had to wait 2 weeks without a tub or shower.....thank God for my sister let us use her bathroom.......but in the end we're happy....bathroom looks great!...twin daughters are happy....and im a big guy my original tub was too small when I bought the house!.....Thanx to my NP installer Mark, who let me sit in the tub before he installed it...and when it was all said and done it was a great job for me!

The initial sales pitch was a little heavy-handed and awkward. Otherwise, all good.

The Company promised to have the job finished in 1 day and it was done in 8 hrs. By one Craftsman. We are pleased with the results.

These guys were great. They were able to completely replace my shower, including the window (1950s house) plus install wainscoting and replace my vanity/sink/medicine cabinet/toilet in two days total (half day for the window; 1.5 for shower/other install), and their price was actually under our budget. The salesman who gave us the estimate wasn’t pushy and didn’t talk down to me like others had in the past (I’m a young female). The workers were professional and thorough, and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. We have a bunch of old windows throughout our house and will definitely be calling NewPro again when we’re ready to get them done!

I was surprised to see that NEWPRO sent over very young people to do the job. Also, I had some concerns about the roofing itself, some damage done to my shrubbery, and old roofing materials that were found in neighbors' yards including nails. I called numerous times to get some answers and no one ever returned my calls (once the work was all done). That disappointed me. However, I must say in NEWPRO's defense-- when I needed the down payment back because it was needed for funeral expenses (my mother was dying), they were very prompt in returning it to me. It was the follow-up calls after the work was done, no one reached out to me and came down or even called me back. For this reason, I cannot recommend them at this time. Thank you, M Queiroz

WINDOW NOT INSTALLED YET. SALESMAN QUOTED A 4 WEEK INSTALLATION 3 WEEKS AGO. GOT PHONE CALL FROM NEWPRO ON 11/6/2017 TELLING ME WINDOW BEING MADE AND IS SCHEDULED INSTALLATION IN 3-4 WEEKS. THIS IS 4 WEEKS PAST ORIGINAL PROMISE DATE !!!

Very professional. Arrived on time and completed installation in a timely fashion.

This job is not done yet, but I've had windows installed by them in the past. Waiting for new window for my bathroom and then tub and surround to be done.

I love my new bathtub and shower combo ! So nice to have something so durable and easy to take care of .. will definitely recommend Newpro ! Ben and Eric were both excellent at their jobs ( salesman and installer)

Windows are expensive, but that is because they are the best windows that money can buy.

Replaced an old jet tub/ shower with large jet-less tub. They kept me involved and informed throughout their whole process. Professional and personable. Dennis and his son were really great. Its a bit expensive but the lifetime warranty on the whole thing is worth it. Would definitely hire them again/ recommend them to friends and family.

Workmanship was excellent, but it took 3 weeks to finish the job, waiting for a part!

We were pleased with their quality of work, professionalism and responsiveness to get the job done when they said that they would. I felt for my elderly mother that they were a little pushy in making her sign on the day of the quote and they were far more expensive than we thought the job should be.

It was a pleasure to work with Newpro. They were professional, they stuck to their timelines, and I love my new tub/shower remodel! I could not ask for more.

Nice but expensive

Dave worked hard and did everything (tub, toilet, sink/vanity, medicine cabinet) I hoped he would to renovate my bathroom.

Communication @ home base seams to be lacking . Workers do a great job. The workers are not getting all the info , before they get to the job. No excuses. Everything looks GREAT!
