Even though we had a minor delay with getting them in because of newpro having to keep with an old design of our picture window, nrwpro stayed right on top of exact specifications. The windows are wonderful. Great job New Pro. A++

A financing option was available with a great rate. The work was completed in the time frame promised. Their crew did a really good job of cleaning up when they finished.

Other than price being extremely marked up ($1,000 difference between brushed nickel and chrome hardware....it’s a shower head, faucet and shower curtain...really??!!) The product looks very nice in my home.

The installers were excellent. On time, neat and explained what we needed to know.

After the first attempt, we hated what they installed. After weeks of fighting with them a "manager" came to our home and agreed that we didn't get what we ordered. Replacement parts were ordered and a month later were installed. After a couple of months we started to develop mold on the silicone adhesive used to attach the wall panels. We fixed this ourselves by cleaning it and installing better grade silicone that is actually a mold/mildew deterrent.

The salesman that measured the tub fitting screwed up. This is an old house and fitting the tub into the area was crucial to the measurements. The company brought in a plumber at no cost to shorten the heating pipe so that the tub would fit. Overall I was very happy with the exception of the finish work which not due to the work of the installers. I did not like the work of the plumber used.

They where going to remove vanity and apply wall covering behind the vanity. What they did was good and but it was not what I paid for.

We hired NewPro to upgrade our bathroom. They installed their one piece tub and shower, floor to ceiling. We also had them install the same material wainscoating half way up the wall. They also installed our new toilet, sink and cabinets. We had a misunderstanding and they came out the next day and fixed everything to our liking. We also had the same material put in our kitchen. It looks like subway tile but no grout between the tiles. These areas will never need to be updated again. They are beautiful. NewPro did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. We are so glad we had them do this upgrade.

A little expensive but 100% worth every penny! They did everything all in one day and cleaned up everything. It came out even better than I was expecting.

We were truly impressed with the three in home workers that showed up at our door. Extremely polite, just friendly enough and worked diligently on the project all day, Made sure the rugs were covered with drop cloths, suggested we close off the other rooms, in case of dust ,even measured the existing shower curtain to assure that the rod would be placed high enough Final clean up was good and the tub looks great!

The representative was honest, helpful and funny. The workmen were very good at what they do. However, very expensive for just a shower. Perhaps, the quality will prove it was worth it over time. The replacement hardware is not what I expected...doesn't do what my old set did. Didn't ask the right questions, made assumptions.

The quality of the product and install were outstanding.
