They refused to come out unless both my wife and I could be there. I explained to them that property is rental and I would not be able to come meet them. I wasn't going to hire them because I got them one time before but the second time they agreed to come out. My tenant took the day off work and they never called or showed. Very unprofessional!

They gave us a smaller bathtub from what we agreed on and managed to get a discount from our original price.

New bathroom windows were installed beautifully. No leaking of cold air in the wintertime.

They installed replacement windows on two occasions in my 1898 home All performed well except one and they promptly sent a tech to repair that one. The lady family member who was in charge back then (1970s probably but maybe the 80s was adamant that there was only ONE way New Pro did business. The RIGHT way. And they lived up to that. would love to have them quote my siding work.

Newpro replaced a portion of our roof with relatively short notice (we postponed this project after consulting with Chris, until we had a leak). Chris' team did work quickly - removing 5 layers of old shingles and installing the new roofing all within one day - however it was not the most seamless of processes to hire and finish the details of the job. The workers were outright rude to me when I asked to move my car out of the driveway, and while I was out running my errand, I later discovered evidence that they had helped themselves to a set of old golf clubs in my backyard - making divots in the grass, and even breaking one of the clubs completely. I told Chris about this as soon as I found out, he said he would credit me for the club and repair the lawn - nothing happened - still requested the full remaining balance. It also took Chris 2 weeks to pick up the extra roofing materials - likely only because I told him we were beginning another construction project and would have a dumpster in the way for 2 weeks. Long story short; he hires cheap labor (rude/disrespectful workers), and there are often unfortunate situations as a result. I would not recommend Newpro to anyone.

The material used for the shower stall is great - it looks like tile with grout but is a virgin acrylic material and does not allow the growth of bacteria or mold, so you don't need to scrub it to keep it clean. All you need to do is wipe it down with a soft cloth using a vinegar-based Windex product, and then rinse it, and it looks amazing. No grout to scrub!

Love the shower stall...a bit expensive, but looks beautiful and functions fine.... Done pretty quickly, too. Time will tell if it stays super shiny forever!!

They were very efficient. They worked around our schedule. Cleaned everything - looked very nice. Had two issues: paint wasn't thorough and one door did not work properly. We didn't have time to call for issues but did a quick survey noting the issues and they called the next day to schedule someone to fix everything right away. They did the job completely and quickly with apologies about having to do so.

I was disappointed in your services. NewPro is a fraudulent outfit. I hired them because of your recommendation. I gave a deposit of $5,000 for the work. When I found out that he was a fraud, a cancelled the contract within 3 days. (The contract stated that I can do this within three business days) He did not return the deposit now in 10 days. You better warn your customers of them.

It is expensive but I will know better the quality when we see how well it keeps out the cold.

I was only going to replace a couple of windows, but with the great price I received I decided to replace more windows. Jason was so patient in answering all our questions. Can't wait for the new windows to be installed.
