Quality product. Very good customer service throughout the entire process. They made sure I was happy with the end result.

I found the final project for the cost was far from good. I felt what I got for my money was terrible. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Way to expensive for the final outcome.

I’m very happy with the NewPro process. The initial meeting went well... friendly, relaxed, clearly presented, and made sure to know what i needed/ wanted. No pressure. The work was done and the outcome was exactly as promised.

Not happy they took the money and ran, they left me with a leaky roof after I told them it was leaking in several places. Not able to get a hold of customer service to see if they could send somebody to tarp my roof until they can get to it.

Not responsive or informative. Phone calls and emails were ignored. It took multiple calls to get any response. Project timeline was not even close to what was originally agreed upon. Did not always fulfill what was promised. Be sure the contract has every detail clearly stated in it before you sign.

The salesman pressure you to sign a contract the day of the consultation. They trick you into believing you’re getting a great deal by not giving you the opportunity to do your research. They are way overpriced but do have attractive financing options. At the end of the day I have a nice tub, but the experience and cost was less than ideal.

The only have 1 size bath tub 60 inch. They didn’t even ask me what size of bath tub I want before coming out to my home. It was just a waist of time.

Good luck getting in contact with anyone in a specific department, they don't answer the phone. Overall the windows are great and the install was done well, but $1,100 per window is steep. I just tell myself it was worth the cost for better windows than Window World.

Sales rep, Rich, was fantastic! Always quick to respond with questions and concerns and very accommodating to our schedule. The contractors were also great, they communicated clearly and finished the bathroom in 1 day as promised. (Also cleaned up very well afterward and gave us specific instructions for next steps!) Yes, there are cheaper options, but Newpro was very honest about their pricing, timeline and the product has a lifetime guarantee. Overall, very pleased and will use them again.

Work still not completed after 2 months.

Hired Newpro to handle the tub part of my bathroom renovation. Only have one shower so I needed the work done fast. Went with newpro because of quick install and lifetime guarantee. Was not disappointed. At one year anniversary now and still looking great.

Not the cheapest company out there, but they seem to have done a good job. Rain and snow ahead will tell!

The guys were nice and worked hard to finish even though they had a late start. Work was done well and I would rehire them for future projects.

The new roof leaked within one week of installation, multiple times repair has been done, roof still leaks. The new windows and doors weather stripping has come off, one door storm window needed repair twice.

The crew was conscientious and worked diligently. They cleaned everything after the work was done. The follow up for a window that was mismeasured (reorder) was VERY slow. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 from me.

The gentleman that did my shower, was very detailed and thorough when explaining what we was going to do at each step of the process. Cleaned up everything ad my shower is working great.

Excptional.Rep spent welll over an hour explaining the company and its reputation. Project was discussed and an instant picture of the instellation was provided with cost. Installation was delayed 1 week because the doors to the shower were damaged in shipping. we were kept iinformed constantly and with only 1 weeks delay a single workman completed the project in 1 day.
