I had to call several times to finally get someone to come for a loose grab bar adjustment. Wes came and fixed. Then I called again for a faucet adjustment: Dino came out, the problem, said he would seek a product to fix it, AND NEVER CALLED BACK OR CAME. Next I called Wes who came July 17, assessed same problem, said NEWPRO would have to install a new faucet/shower hardware, never heard from them again (today is 8/1) Not very reliable customer service.

Kelton, our installer/job leader, not only did an exceptional install job, he was polite, timely, communicative and overall made this bath/shower overhaul a pleasant experience from start to finish. He worked his tail off and (even came on a Saturday in 98% humidity and still had a great attitude)! He did a phenomenal job leveling, managing roadblocks, (we had a few!) and expedited everything to ensure the job was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Very pleased with him and all of the team members from NewPro on this project. Will be using this company for future projects (windows, and roofing etc) Very pleased from all angles!
