5 service calls since installation from 1/24. Waiting for management to get back to me for a th service call. They are not responding. I have sent photos of the deplorable job done. Extremely expensive, not what was expected

Kenneth Geoffroy remodeled our bathroom and it came out beautiful ! He was courteous ,professional and went above a beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the results . He paid great attention to detail and left everything clean and neat. An overall great experience thanks to him ! I highly recommend him if youâ re working with New Pro.

Our new Newpro walk-in shower is beautiful . Kevin Swindell, the installer, was on time, working non-stop. He was courteous and meticulous, and left the premises clean and tidy. He's a true craftsman. We couldn't have been more satisfied with Newpro or their workman.

I hired NewPro for a bathroom renovation, the shower was done professionally and I loved how it turned out. I would have chosen a different service for the floor, because the options were limited and we had to use a separate financing option. Customer service rep wasn’t responsive via email, but our fabulous sales person Terrel saved the day and was always responsive. Overall, a good experience but would have hoped for better customer service.

Ken D. Newpro Installer arrived at the earliest ETA. Ken introduced himself, setup, laid down all floor and stair coverings, and never stopped working until he fully completed the new shower. I was most impressed with his detailed finish work, his humble and efficient communication style, and his attention to cleaning up all dust and debris . Ken explained everything including the warranty, cleaning, use of the shower.i will hire Newpro for any future work! Awesome job Ken D.

Kevin Swindell was the best installer. He was here on time, laid down protective coverings on my floors to the bathroom. He was very easy going, very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions. He cleaned up after he was done. His work was exceptional !!! Would definitely recommend him !!!

Mike did a Great job removing the old tub and installing the new one. Everything he worked on looks perfect! He was also great to deal with. We have nothing but praise for him and his work.

The firm previously replaced a window and an exterior door, now a window in a lightwell. I really like the quality of the door and windows, the company was highly professional and easy to deal with. But most important, I had the same team, Trevor and Drew, for both installations. I can't say enough good about them. On-time, pleasant, clean, neat, fast, effective. No mess while they worked, and when they left, one would never have known any work had been done. They are both really, really, good!!!

We are so very satisfied with our windows. It is one of the last renovations to our house after 20 years. Wesley did a great job! We will definitely recommend

Wes and Alan worked hard and efficiently to get this job done in two days. They have very high standards and determination to get it done right. They get an A+

New Pro was the best. Our siding and roof turned out great and super easy to work with . Our sales Rep Claude was very knowledgeable and even helped out with figuring out our neighbors windows was melting our siding that (had been installed not by New Pro) Claude even came out and measured for few windows and storm door. I highly recommend New Pro and ask for Claude Comegna.

I had NewPro out to take a look at my roof. I was blessed with Roofing Consultant Joshua Moss. He showed up on time which really impressed me, explained everything in great deal so I would understand the process. They were more expensive than other people but you get what you pay for. The workers were fantastic! If you are ever looking for a new roof I would highly recommend NewPro and ask to work with Joshua you wonâ t regret it!

From design consultant Joshua Moss, to the installers, the project went smoothly and on time and as presented. All parties involved were professional and congenial and concerned about minimal damage to landscaping. Clean up was thorough. Would recommend the company for roofing.

Paul McCafferty gets a 5-star rating. He was very patient, listened to us and understood our concerns. He worked diligently to explain what he could do to resolve our issues and was able to fix some of the initial installation crew's poor workmanship and obvious errors. He was able to make things better as far as it was in his power to do so with the windows and door. He fixed the siding, the skirt, the insulation, the kitchen window â  sillâ  issue and helped make the sliding door look better. He rebuilt and insulated the bay window skirts that the initial installation crew had destroyed and never bothered to replace. The new skirts are absolutely beautiful and serve to enhance the faà §ade of our house. He also replaced the siding that the installation crew had removed and replaced with green primered cedar siding. Our house is stained ; you canâ  t stain over primered cedar siding. Newpro would get 1 or 2 stars, due to misrepresentation, poor communication and poor workmanship. Original Newpro installation â  teamâ  couldnâ  t, or did not want to, answer questions and was reluctant to even listen to us and address our concerns. Windows and door were not what we asked for and were not installed properly, insulation was removed and not replaced, Inside of our home is now colder and less energy efficient due to the "downsizing" of our two large 55" center window panes to now only 42â  panes and smaller, less angled side panes. We now have about 36â  of sun-blocking veneer moulding blocking light and sun on both large sun-side windows. Our original â  over the sinkâ  kitchen window was a casement window. The sales rep convinced us that the new â  double hungâ  windows were more efficient and easier to operate. We were assured that the double hung window would be easy, â  one-handâ  open and itâ  s not. Now we have to use a kitchen stool to get leverage to open it. Not the best idea at our age. In addition, we were told that this window would provide same amount of air and light access but neither the top nor bottom window open fully, cutting available air flow in half from what we had originally. Deck door was also smaller and didn't fit properly so they had to add extra unstained wood and molding all the way around to fill in the holes. We're still waiting for the correct handle and latch/lock mechanism for the door and screen. Windows were dimensionally smaller than our original windows and now the nail holes from our original window mouldings are exposed in the walls leaving us to fill, sand and repaint the interior walls.

Dean is a excellent representative for the company. He knows more about the product than the sales people. He has been to my home twice.
