Unfortunately, the day the Windows were installed, I had to leave for a Business trip, and returning today, have not had the opportunity to check them out. I will say this however, my wife is overjoyed with the Windows, and if she is HAPPY, so am I! I have also heard, from the man who operates the Security System, we use in the house, and he RAVED at the quality of Window Installation, he observed, your crew perform. Here is a person, who has no connection with your Company, who went out of his way, to make that observation, and assure the Windows were installed properly, for us! He is a friend, and I appreciate his input, and it says a tremendous amount of the kind to Company that NEWPRO is! I Thank Your entire organization, it has been a pleasure working with you! Disappointing customer service when we ran into an issue. Product is nice but 9 of the windows came with chips and need to be replaced

Our salesman Claude Comenga was great. He was easy to work with,very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product. He always returned phone calls in a timely manner. Very helpful with any questions we had. The siding crew was amazing,so polite and respectful,theytake pride in their work. The job was incredibly well done. I highly recommed them

The company sent Bruno Senna as a representative and he explained how the project would go and how their products were superior to most. They got the project started in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with their work.

Dan and John were super friendly and sis a nice job with the new shower, they also cleaned up very good. I would recommend NEWPRO Dan to to the job and John the plumber
