Manny and Steve did a fantastic job painting our house -- they completed walls, trim and ceilings. Extremely professional, great attention to detail and easy to work with.

Ve've used Manny and Son (Steve) before and were happy to get them back. The price is extremely competitive, they are easy to contact and very accommodating in working their schedule in with yours. We had our kitchen renovated and once we saw how pretty the walls looked painted a color other than eggshell white we decided to paint the DR, LR and hall walls. The trim was in good condition. We have a lot of cutouts in the rooms with lots of windows and doors and base molding so it's a tedious job to paint. Manny and Steve came over, gave us an estimate on the spot. I told them I was still getting quotes from other vendors and would get back to them. No problem on their part and the next day I gave them the job. We scheduled for the next week and during that time decided the den could use trim and walls done over. When they arrived to do the first job we asked for a work order change, got a quote for the additional room which was very reasonable again and gave them the ok. It was no big deal for them to add it to their current project. They did 2 coats after taking care of cracks and picture holes and all the rooms were done by the weekend. Knowing how great painted walls look I can't wait to get them back to do the rest of the house.

MANNY AND HIS SON CAME ON TIME, WERE NEAT, PROFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND HONEST. THEY OFFERED GOOD ADVICE ABOUT THE JOB. THEY EVEN TAUGHT MY WIFE HOW TO CAULK AND SUPPLIED HELPFUL TIPS ABOUT THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE AS LANDLORDS. THE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH, BUT NOT EXORBINANT. WE INTEND TO HIRE THEM FOR ANOTHER JOB.

THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THIS FATHER AND SON TEAM WERE GREAT. THEY DID ALL THE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR A GREAT JOB AND PAID A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THE WORKERS THAT THEY BROUGHT TO THE JOB WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL.
