+ -1 morePatricia was very timely in her communication, and made room in her schedule to accommodate ours. Her crew did an outstanding job. Very professional.
Description of Work: I run a music education school in Lexington, MA. The space is a showcase center, and we frequently have visitors from corp headquarters in CA and Japan. We have hundreds of students with lots of little hands, so the school takes a weekly punishment. Although we have basic cleaning services in our building, I hired Patricia to come in for a thorough cleaning.

+ -1 moreShe is wonderful because I did have a problem one time because they were going to rush that day and they didn't finish the work thoroughly. I called and said I wasn't pleased and they came back and did the whole thing to perfection at no additional charge. I really like them.
Description of Work: They come once a month to do a heavy cleaning, which includes washing the floors, cleaning the inside of all of the windows, vacuuming, cleaning all counters, cleaning the inside and out of my microwave, dusting and cleaning the three bathrooms in my four bedroom home.
