Joe arrived promptly on time and was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be an easy resolution.

We've had Joe do electrical work for us twice now. We've been impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. He is careful and cleans up afterward (unlike some electricians we've hired in the past). Joe is punctual and easy to work with. Would highly recommend him. We plan to have him back for any further electrical work.

We found Joe on Angie's List 2 yrs ago and we were so pleased with his work and professionalism that he has been our go-to electrician for all jobs big and small since that time......he has never let us down. He is very personable, which is important to us since we think it is a plus to have people working in your home be comfortable to be around. His prices are very fair and his work (and work ethic) is superior. If he is busy, we wait (knowing if it were an emergency he would make time immediately). We highly recommend him.

Joe has done 3 jobs in my house including this one. Joe is excellent at his job. He arrives on time and does neat, clean work and is courteous, polite and efficient. I would strongly recommend Joe Gore to anyone for all electric work they need done. He charges fairly and will not try to talk you into something you dont need. He is excellent.

Joe is an excellent professional. He is fair, honest, nice, professional, cares about his work and his customers. Responded quickly and conversed with me on Angie's messaging answering every question I had in a timely manner. I am glad I found him and will keep working with him for future jobs. As for the specific job - he came on time. He left everything very clean. When I asked him to check something, he did and was great about it. Took him little time to remove and install.

Couldn't have been easier! Joe arrived on time for his first visit, and gave us just the expertise and guidance we needed to decide on what work we needed done. He showed up exactly on time the day of the work and got his work done within a few hours and you would have never known he was there except for the beautiful new lights. Very well. Couldn't have asked for a better job! Joe arrived precisely on time, cheerfully toured my condo with its many small electrical issues, and fixed several wonky switches and one outlet. He also gave me advice on exhaust fans and a mystery cable in one of my rooms. Will definitely call him in to replace exhaust fans once I purchase the replacement fans I need.

I had a great experience. Joe arrived at the expected time. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem with the ceiling fan and found out it was the remote control sensor that was the issue and not the fan itself. He saved me the cost of the fan and the installation. The ease of the replacement of the other light fixtures went as expected.

Joe arrived right on time and couldn't have been more professional. He took care of all of our needs quickly and efficiently. First, he installed our new range hood in short order. Then, after inspecting our ceiling fan, he found that a part related to the use of the remote had failed, but since we did not have a remote he was able to remove that part and perform a workaround which put the fan back in perfect working order. He also checked the wall switch that controls the fan and found that it could use an upgrade and did that, too. He then checked the bathroom fan and found it to be in good working order and showed us how to remove its cover to make cleaning it easier. Lastly. he replaced a couple of outlets that were not working. In summary, we cannot state emphatically enough how impressed we were with Joe Gore. Not only is his work ethic exceptional, he is very kind and patient. Throughout the entire visit he explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and gave us some very valuable tips and advice. We would highly recommend Joe Gore to anyone with electrical issues, no matter how small or large, as he can do it all to perfection. One thing we know for sure....for any future electrical problems we may encounter, we will be giving Joe a call!

As expected! A new line was run from an existing outlet. A new box was installed and conduit was run from the outlet to the automatic garage door opener. I didn't want any holes punched in the walls so this was a quick and dirty way to satisfy my needs.

Joe was easy to contact by phone; we arranged a meeting to review the requirements. Within a day or two after our meeting he sent an estimate by email. Owing to uncertainties about the difficulty of the wire runs, the quote included an hourly rate along with an understanding that the whole job should be done within a day. I had decided to source the light fixtures myself, so these were not included in the quote. I came home from work and found the whole job done, except for one of my light fixtures that had a factory defect. I was very impressed with the quantity of work done in that timeframe: replace electrical panel, drill holes for two outside lights, install two indoor fixtures, fish wires through walls, and add light switches. The site was also cleaned up nicely. As for the defective light, Joe committed to coming back to complete the installation once I had obtained a replacement. Invoice came in as quoted. Overall I feel I got excellent value and I am very happy with the work that Joe did.

Joe is an amazing person to work with. He has helped make our "new to us" home safe, sound and updated. Many "short cuts" were taken in the home's history--and Joe has patiently diagnosed and fixed the many "challenges" we have encountered. We would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

It went very well. Joe left everything as it was when he came and cleaned up any debris. He even offered to take his shoes off when he entered the house. Many times, contractors do not want to do small jobs, but Joe was happy to do it. Joe is also highly experienced and described any issues in detail while did the work. I would highly recommend him.
