Excellent. Joe is a good communicator, easy to work with, and up front about his costs. If he finds something unsafe or unexpected, he explains the situation and offers solutions/trade offs. When he left, I felt confident the job was done right.

Joe was terrific from start to finish. He communicated promptly and effectively, stuck to his timelines, and took care of all scheduling needs (permits, work, inspections, etc.). Joe has done several jobs for me over the last several years. He is professional and attentively hears what the customer wants. He offers options that are cost-effective and practical but he is always concerned about the customer's perspective. I would hire him instantly because his services are reasonable with on-time delivery. I have referred him to others, including our condominium association, for the aforementioned reasons. He is respectful, considerate, patient, and honest.

Joe' s skills to communicate are excellent, in that, he easily communicates by email and when on-site will walk you through every step of the way. I asked him for advice which he gave in a very professional way suggesting a number of options and approximate costs of each. He understands aesthetics so his work fits in well with my home design. He was referred to me and in turn, I have referred him to many.

Joe is the best. Everything went great. All the new devices are up and running. They are also positioned straight so they line up centered at each location. He’s very professional and kind, and very patient with home owners like me who don’t know what they are doing or ask a bunch of questions. We had an odd problem where our electricity kept going on and off...and off for increasingly longer periods of time. We were able to turn the electricity back on when we turned on the dryer! (we didn't discover that trick until a month into the problem). We had one electrician come in to try and figure out the situation. He was good, but was unable to take on work. It was unclear whether the problem was due to failing underground wires from the transformer to the house or something inside. We spoke to a few electricians who thought the problem was caused by failing underground wires. That was going to be hugely expensive to excavate the driveway. After speaking with Joe, he came quickly, fitting us into his busy schedule. Joe surmised it was the main circuit breaker although there had been no smoke or heating detected. He had to order a part that was no longer made. He installed a new one. Problem solved! He was personable, efficient, and very considerate. And a dynamite diagnostician!

Joe was very helpful in figuring out how we could best achieve the lighting we wanted and he introduced us to wireless gadgets we could keep on each bedside to turn the lights on or off or to dim them. Very convenient. He was very easy-going about dealing with an especially heavy bed to access the relevant part of the ceiling. The work was done well and efficiently and it was a pleasure to work with Joe. I'd hire him again.

Joe clearly explained several options for achieving our goals and the time and cost for each. He worked quickly and expertly. He vacuumed so thoroughly that the bathroom was cleaner than when he started. I would have no hesitation using Joe for any electrical project.

Joe was great. very professional, very punctual, easy to work with. Turned out my problem was with stove and not with circuit, but while here he worked on and fixed a few other "olde house" electrical issues with the panel. would highly recommend!

Joe was able to perform 3 of the 4 jobs I had for him. He would have repaired the fourth child as well but after his inspection of the wall allergies is not working it became obvious that this would have been a larger project. I wanted to take on. He did say that he would be willing to do it but I deferred. He was on time, polite and pleasant to interact with, and extremely knowledgeable.
