Description of Work: I wanted an outdoor sconce installed from the house overlooking my patio. Joe suggested wireless switches and a dimmer which makes this so much more user friendly. He also replaced a transformer in the kitchen for the under cabinet lights that had stopped working awhile ago. He did ll work in a timely fashion, is respectful, honest and does great work. I had Joe install some ceiling fans for me last year as well. I am pleased with his work and he is our electrician of choice.

Description of Work: Installed new 40 circuit panel and fixed previously installed circuits which were incorrectly done. Also, completed installations and repairs at the building inspectors request. Joe was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. Everything was neat and tidy when he left.

Description of Work: Joe inspected all of my many recessed lighting fixture to see if they were IC rated. He was prompt and has been helpful in suggesting remedies. I would easily hire him again.

Description of Work: We needed someone to check a number of outlets that have not worked since we moved into our house a year ago. Joe check them all and explained why they were not working and what we would have to do to re-activate them. He also looked over the box and increased the timing on an outdoor motion activated spot light. This was a Big Deal for 1 hour of electrical work and Joe was efficient and completed all the tasks we had asked for. I would definitely hire him for more electrical work.

Description of Work: I called Joe because Sears said I needed a certain kind of co nection installed to bring my new dishwasher up to code. They gave me the name of a plumber who would do the job for $300 +. I called Joe, who came and looked and said it was not necessary and charged me a minimal fee. He was straight forward and honest and I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Had a very small job of replacing a broken toggle switch connected to my garbage disposal. We made an appointment through an exchange of messages and Joe came promptly and did the job quickly and efficiently. No muss, no fuss. In, fixed and done. I was very happy with the price, as well.
