Joe was great. He made time to fit me into his busy schedule and took the time to explaine everything to me in detail.

Joe's awesome. He called me back, showed up on time, was polite and professional, and charged me what I expected. He did everything I asked him to, even though it ended up being more than he planned on when he walked into the door. He gave me advice when I needed it, ran to Home Depot twice to save me from having to do it myself, and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call Joe the next time I need electrical work done.

Original work was to add a basement wall power outlet for a recently installed sump pump. Made suggestions on how to clean up some of my other wiring at my request. Willing to add the tasks and was all done very efficiently and for a reasonable additional fee.

Joe was very helpful. Arrived on time, did full hour of work, even returning to make sure he'd fulfilled his obligation. He was informative & gave advice.

Joe was easy to contact and he responded immediately. He is busy, so we needed to wait a few weeks before service could be performed. He showed up right on time, worked efficiently, was able to relocate the plug without a lot of extra expenses, and was very neat and cordial. He also alerted me to a potential electrical fire hazard I was unaware of, without being an alarmist about it. Because I was so pleased with the caliber of his work, we have made plans to have him come back to do some additional work in a few weeks.

Joe was completely professional and prompt. He was easy to talk to about the electrical problems and he was able to solve those issues quickly and with no mess. I am going to have him do some more work in my house very soon and I would have no problem hiring him for all my electrical work. The work areas were left clean and he was alone in the house while we were at work and I had no qualms about leaving him in my house alone because he comes across as a very trustworthy guy.

Perfect! Quality job, done quickly with great recommendations for details of installation that saved cost. He coordinated with the hardscape contractor for timing as pavers were being installed as well, and despite a full schedule managed to fit it in quickly. He's definitely on our short list for electricians now.

Joe was everything his reviews said about him. He initially got back to me right away. On the day of the service he was prompt, courteous, efficient and he was reasonably priced. He also took the time to write up an estimate for another job I'd like done as well.

Joe was quick to respond to emails. He gave me options that are workable. He was on time for the appointment. Provided all answers to questions and cleaned all the debris after the work. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Joe.

Very arrived on time. Had all equipment to evaluate. With my assent went to purchase replacement unit with brighter light Installed unit. Replaced defective outside over the door light switch, after checking circuit board and switch. I had already paid ,through you(Angie's list)for deal of 89.00 for service call with one hours labor Additional cost only for new ceiling unit and other defective switch(39.17). Cleaned up any trash which was very little Wrote up work slip and submitted slip from store for cost of ceiling unit. Supplied new wall switch which he had on truck, for cost.

Joe arrived as scheduled and went quickly to work on the various tasks. He diagnosed he problems quickly and resolved them all. we were not aware of the problem in the electrical panel which he looked at and brought up to code. Overall a very proficient electrician. I would use him and recommend him to anyone needing electrical services.

Joe installed wiring and recessed ceiling fixtures in 2 rooms of my client's home, installed attic fixtures, and diagnosed and fixed a recurrent problem with a series of installed smoke detectors. He arrives on time. his work is meticulous and he cleans up after himself, many do not!. Joe makes the effort to come quickly, when things go wrong, extending his day at one end or the other to solve a problem. I already have more work lined up for him. He is a pleasure to work with.

Joe was a punctual, knowledgeable, and honest guy that got the work done quickly. Saved me from buying a new doorbell by rewiring it in a clever way, and fixed a bunch of outlets that were outdated/wired incorrectly. Also gave me a good estimate for installing/rewiring some lights and switches. In all, an excellent experience, and would definitely recommend and use again.

Joe is reliable, trustworthy, honest, and very customer service oriented. He takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. He communicated well with us and wanted to be sure our needs were met. We were not happy with the thermostat he installed and he offered to replace it at no additional charge with a similar model that showed temperatures rather than just Low and High heat settings. Highly recommended.

I called Joe based on his Angie's list reviews (it said he welcomed small jobs), and because he was a local professional ad not a franchise. He was very courteous and responsive on the phone, and since it was such a small job, he quoted his hourly rate and estimated the time it would take to do the job. I thought his rate was reasonable, so I had him come to check out the job and so that I could meet him. Joe showed up promptly at the appointment time. He had a professional demeanor and appeared to be very honest. We discussed the work, and talked over a few small details. I showed him where I wanted the outlet, and talked about implications (holes that may be needed to be drilled, etc.). I liked him, and asked him to do the work. Joe got right to work, and I thought he did a great job of staying focused on the job. He went at it, and worked quickly and efficiently. Fortunately, he was able to snake the new wires from an existing outlet to the spot we wanted it without drilling any access holes. The end result was exactly what we wanted, for a few dollars less than his estimate. He emailed me an invoice later that day.

This is the second time I've had Joe Gore out for electrical work. We requested a new 220V outlet be installed, the kind you need for an electric stove. He dropped by to inspect our circuit panel before starting the project, and informed us about the potential amount of drilling that may occur, depending on how the inner walls/ceiling were built. We are in a two-floor condo with no basement access, built in the late 1800's. It turned out to be a best case scenario, as he managed to wire the whole thing without making any holes in the ceiling (he was able to make good use of the holes that were already there for the recessed lighting), and just a couple in the walls which were obviously necessary to complete such a project. The work was quality, professional and clean - same as last time.

The quality of work was very high and I found the service to be excellent throughout the process. I initially contacted Joe via email, to which he responded in a timely manner, and I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. He then discussed the details over the phone a day ahead of time so that we were both on the same page. When he was on site, he was friendly and professional, and cleaned up afterwards so no debris was left behind whatsoever. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have electrical work done.

Joe was punctual and courteous. He adjusted his schedule to provide a quick response. It was clear that he was there to help and not just earn a wage. He provided me with information about my electrical setup and the cause of my problem. Joe quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again....great work!
