Initial installation fine We hired them to do grass cutting and lawn maintenance They billed us monthly for this work Lawn grew in spotty and they did nothing until we complained about it Rain gauges they installed never worked and were never fixed, even after complaints. Crabgrass slowly took over lawn When we called to complain, they said we should have fertilized it Annoyed because they were here every week and did not suggest anything At end, we dropped them because they were unresponsive over a period of several weeks to email and phone calls.

Came out to do estimate on time. Price was lowest if any other company and included clean up and removing stump (we were replanting in same spot) loam and seed. We all to wait for Dig Safe people to flag the yard so that J&S could return to pull the stump and complete the work.

They did an excellent job. Came out of a quote on a saturday, walked me through their ideas while listening to our desires. I had an estimate within a week and a start date 3 weeks out. Their price was very fair, while not the cheapest, they used some of the best materials on the market and adjusted their price per square foot to be very competitive with all other offers using much lower quality materials and no where near the amount of prep materials/site work. Cortney confirmed 2 days out and they showed up and completed the job only 1 day behind schedule (a rain day that was a complete wash out, would have been right on time for the outlined 4 day schedule otherwise). Cameron and Marcus did most of the work, back hoe and bobcat helping cut the time and effort down. After the install was completed, came back after a rainy period and filled the gaps with polymeric sand for stability. The result is WAY beyond our expectations. Their ideas made the difference in both choice of colors and cut of the stone. We know the yard will be healthy, the patio and walk way will look amazing for years to come. We have added a HUGE amount of value because of what J and S provided to the outside of our house We look forward to using that value for many years to come...

Joe came to scope the job. He knew what I needed to be done. The quote came the next day and, I thought, was very reasonable. I had to nudge a little bit to ensure the work would be done in time for delivery of the new shed. They gave me a date, showed up when expected ready to work. The crew was courteous, efficient and picked up all debris and delivered what I expected. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

This company was quick to respond to my request for an estimate for work, however they did arrive late. I agreed to have them do the work. On the day before the work was scheduled to be done, I called to confirm. They did not return my voicemail message. They were scheduled to arrive this morning between 8-8:30. When they had not come or called by 9:10, I called them. The woman who answered said that her computer was down (how convenient) and therefore she could not talk to me about anything. She said she would have "Courtney" call when Courtney came in at 10:30am....2-2 1/2 hours after they were supposed to be at my home. It is now 2:15pm and no one has called. So, all in all, I cannot say enough bad things about this company.

I was pleased with them. They came with a big crew and did it quickly. I think they were only here for 2 hours. They came when they said.

I used this landscaping service for weekly lawn maintenance last year. While I was completely satisfied with the crew's work ethic and punctuality; they tore up my lawn simply because they did not go around the perimeter twice with the mower to prevent the wheels from making bare patches when they turned. I called the office to let them know and they asked me who was in the crew. I told her and her response was that it was the same crew that does her lawn and they're the best. I asked her to speak with them about my issue and the next week there was no improvement. At the end of the season, I sent an e-mail to discontinue my service. When I did not renew this spring, they called to ask why and I told them. They never offered to make things right or come to inspect the job, or ask me to reconsider. My complaint went unanswered and my business was not appreciated. Now I overseeded the bare patches and I'm looking for another landscaper. I would have liked to have kept this one as they were neat (never blew the clippings into the pool), didn't mow when it was wet, timely, and a good price.

Everything has gone good. They have been punctual and responsive. I would highly reccomend.
