+ -1 moreHe was incredibly professional; gave us an estimate and stuck to it, even though the project ended up being bigger than he thought. He was quick, returned calls and came when he said he would. Very nice man, and gave us advice on other things we should check and have worked on.
Description of Work: Mr. Irwin re-pointed the chimney, removed and replaced the flues, increased the chimney height so it was to code and recapped and waterproofed the chimney--and he cleaned up and checked that things worked.

+ -1 moreJACK WAS RESPONSIBLE AND PROFESSIONAL - VERY EXPERIENCED. HE CAME ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK HE SAID HE WOULD DO ON BUDGET AND ON SCHEDULE. QUALITY APPEARS GOOD.
Description of Work: THE ENTIRE SECTION OF THE CHIMNEY ABOVE THE ROOF WAS REMOVED AND REBUILT WITH A NEW CHIMNEY CAP AND FLUE LINER. THE INTERIOR PORTION OF THE CHIMNEY IN THE ATTIC HAD AN OLD STUCCO COATING REMOVED AND WAS WIRED UP AND RE-STUCCOED.
