+ -1 moreI called J&K to my home to provide an estimate for garage door repair. I was provided a quote for the work, was assured it was a straightforward fix, and paid a requested deposit of $250. I was later informed that J&K was unable to start or perform the repairs as agreed. I requested the return of my deposit multiple times, was told it would be sent, and never received it. J&K Doors stole my deposit - stay away from this shady business.

+ -1 moreI scheduled someone to come out and assess my garage door opener after an electrical storm. The person never showed and when the company called me a few days later, they didn't leave a message. I called back a few times and never got a response. Eventually left a message on the company voicemail, hoping to reschedule. Never got a call back. Ended up going with another company to do the job.

+ -1 moreThe service person arrived right on time and immediately began working on the problem. He explained which part needed to be replaced and completed the repair shortly after. I realize this company sells new garage doors and was very pleased by how responsive they were even though we had not originally bought the doors from them.
