Work with Eduardo if you’re looking for someone to steal from you. Currently, we’re out at least 20k—but realistically far more, since we now need to bring another vendor aboard to fix Eduardo’s mess. J&E left us with an unsafe home: incomplete pool coping, no stairs leading to our house, no walkway that we paid for. That’s not all. We paid $8,200 for sod and irrigation in June. It was never installed. We paid $5,400 for a landscape plan in June. Eduardo never even informed the landscaper that we intended to work with him. So far, we have paid $100,000 to this 24-year-old snake-oil salesman for a job that is incomplete. Current quotes indicate that it will cost a minimum of $40,000 to fix the mess he left us with.

DO NOT USE! We were highly optimistic hiring Eduardo and his skilled team to do a pergola and outdoor kitchen which was contracted for 2 weeks to complete. The work they did do is to our liking and his crew is extremely hard working. HOWEVER, it took them 4 months just to install 1 of our appliances and 10 months later, we are still missing the remainder of our appliances and completion of the project. Everything unfortunately has been paid for and we are left with empty promises over and over. We would NOT recommend J&E for anything. Eduardo continues to tell us to this day “just a little more time”. Our good graces and patience have been taken advantage of and we feel robbed. We will gladly update this review upon completion of the project.

Excellent job! Worked all day and left place very clean. Yard looks best it's looked in 12 years. They will continue to mow all summer.

J&E did an excellent job. Very clean and professional. I've been using J&E for a couple years now to do my spring and fall cleanup. They always show up on time and they're very responsive when I need them. Their pricing is very fair too. I would have them do my weekly lawn care during the summer too but I actually enjoy doing that myself. I would definitely recommend them for any lawn care service.

J & E are *always* on time, and always carry out work exactly as they specify.

Juan and Eduardo are efficient and do what they say they will do. If there are any adjustments you would like in the way they take care of your property you call, they listen and follow through. The owners do the work not rotating seasonal help. I have fired two other companies and am very pleased with J&E.
