Ray was a pleasure to work with. He got back to my initial email requesting a quote quickly. Ray came by the house to see the land, gave me his ideas on the best locations to install the fence, and get the most space out of our yard. Ray was able to work around the heavy brush we have in the back of the yard, and the steep hills in the yard. Ray knew we were getting the fence mainly for our small dog, so he was great met our requests to install the fence as close to the ground as possible, so our dog won't escape. I was concerned with how the fence would look on the hilly areas, but it turned out perfect. The fence is beautiful - our neighbors were also happy with the way it turned out!

I received quotes from 6 fence companies and chose Imperial Fence for their professionalism and price. Ray, the owner, was very easy to work with and always available when I called. He started and ended the job as scheduled and was on-site the entire time. I would definately use this company again and recommend anyone else to use them.

The job went very well. The work was completed as specified in the estimate. The fence looks good and the job site was cleaned up. Ray is very professional and easy to work with. Ray pointed out that the original fence installation used nails to prevent the rail point from rotating. This allows water to flow into the end of the rail and eventually rot and then fail. So, no nails this time.

Initial meeting for a fence repair was positive. Provider was prompt, listened well and I left with a very good feeling. He said he would give me an estimate with and without materials. I never heard back. I called to see what was going on and I never heard back.

They performed well. It was a very smooth job. The site was cleaned up with no thing in the punch list. good experience.
