Humberto was prompt, professional, polite, trustworthy, and skilled. His cost was reasonable and he and his crew did a great job painting our living room and kitchen, as well as the popcorn ceiling. I would absolutely recommend him.

I spoke with them right after I purchased the deal and said they were not available until the beginning of November. We scheduled for November 10th. They did not showed up, I called and left a message, I have not heard anything back from them yet. I am just now cancelling the service.

Humberto and his crew did it again! Another great job. The crew was meticulous with their prep and finish, they were on time and did a wonderful job. Humberto was flexible with the schedule, great with communication, fixed a few small things that were out of scope. I can't wait to use HS again!

Humberto and his team are extremely professional - no detail is missed!. They are courteous, efficient, prompt, and work very well together - I have found my painter for any future jobs! We are already talking about interior painting jobs in the spring. I would b happy to speak with any prospective customers - i can't say enough good things about these guys!!!!

I can't say anything less than excellent service. I wish every contractor was like Humberto, he is very respectful and flexible (time wise), detail oriented, meticulous but efficient at the same time. Job was done to perfection at an affordable price, I have been looking for a missed spot and I couldn't find any. Seriously can't find anything negative to say. Great job, keep it up!

Humberto and his helper Fred showed up right on time (7:30AM) They worked tiredless the entire day and only took a short brake for lunch.I was really impressed with the quality of their work, how careful they were to the details and how clean they left my house. I would highly recommend Humberto and will be using his services again in the near future.

The work went well. I purchased a "Big Deal" from HS paint. It took several weeks to schedule (only down side). They came with their own supplies, I supplied the paint. The work looked good and they worked quickly.

He could not schedule the work in the time frame that I needed it done.

Mostly well. We purchased the Big Deal for 2 painters for a day which said it would be 2 painters for 9 hours for a total of 18 hours. They showed up with 3 painters and said their day would end earlier since they would hit their 18 hours sooner with 3 people. I do wish we had known that in advance, but it worked out. They told at the beginning that the oil based primer wouldn't have time to dry because it needs to dry for 24 hours, so we had to go back to get latex primer while they prepped. That was disappointing because everything I read was that the soot should really be covered with oil based primer so that it didn't bleed through. I wish they had told me that when we were exchanging emails about the job, but maybe I should have known that already. We had to have the job done that day though, so rescheduling wasn't really an option. When my husband returned to the store to get latex paint, they asked him to pick up a pack of rollers also. They did a quality job, painting the ceiling which was probably difficult since the family room had two levels, with part of the room having very high ceilings with skylights, and another part of the ceiling was over a staircase to the basement. Since we had purchased a deal that was for a specific time frame, they covered a lot with their time, and my husband was set to complete what they didn't get to. We were happy they were able to prime and paint the entire family room for the most part, and able to prime the bathroom as well. They were flexible and worked with us with what to do. We needed to paint the family room and bathroom and kitchen. We only wanted to pay for the one day and my husband was prepared to finish whatever was left over himself. We were hoping they would finish the family room at least. At some point my husband saw how much time was left, and decided he would rather have them prime the bathroom instead of cutting in along the floor in the family room with the paint (since my husband would rather finish the paint than deal with priming the bathroom himself). They didn't have a problem with that. The rooms turned out very well. Would use them again in the future.

The service provider wrote to me right away in response to my Big Deal purchase. Humberto was prompt and communicated well. Unfortunately, the soonest he can provide the service is over 6 weeks away, and I can't wait that long to schedule the work. He readily agreed to a refund in this situation.

They are booked up for the next several months and I need the work done much sooner. He was extremely responsive.

Humberto and associates were very punctuate and professional with the job. The painting job matched or exceeded our expectations in most cases. We cannot yet evaluate how long lasting these paintings will be, but we are currently happy with the results. When there were minor defects, Humberto came back to do the fixes in a professional manner. He was also responsive in communications and communicated with respect and candor. Last but not least, his price was very competitive. I would recommend him without reservation.

They were very responsive in scheduling a date for paint job. Unlike any other contractors, were sharp on time. I wanted to change the color of my dining room to a lighter one. They did 3 coats of paint. The paint job was very neat. They cleaned up before they left

arrived on-time, worked fast - quality of job was excellent. Humbert is a very pleasant and professional man - would work with him again

Deal required my house to be under 1800 square feet. My house is slightly larger and vendor declined to do the work.

They responded within 24 hours and were extremely professional and courteous. It is a busy time for painters, and they are booking a couple of months out. I need the work done sooner so did not contact with them. However, I was very impressed by their honesty and professionalism and would use them again in the future.

It went really well. Humberto made a trip to our house to drop off the color options which saved me time. He also purchased the paint for us. His team showed up on time (and on the weekend), were polite/personable and did a great job. I would highly recommend using this company for your painting needs. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Very professional, on time, set expectations extremely well, kept an incredibly clean work area, explained each step of process and the timeline for each step, great guy(Humberto), great crew...very respectful of the home(any time he had to come inside to go over anything, he would take his shoes off without asking). I would use him again in a heartbeat. Oh, and the end result was an absolutely beautiful paint job. I would absolutely recommend him.

Humberto did an excellent job painting my son's room. He did it quickly and efficiently, he even had to cover up a very distinct raised navy blue line in the previous paint. He did this with light plaster and you'd never know it. Extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend him and use his company again!

Humberto was very responsive. I am putting my home on the market, and he fit me in with about 2 days notice. He was there when he said he would be and did an amazing job. The existing stucco on my house was in pretty rough shape, and he did an great job prepping the surfaces and then painting them. He did the job in less time than he thought, and cleaned up each night. Humberto was a true professional and I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Can't comment on service, but provider replied promptly to notify when he will be available next. I needed the job done sooner so didn't select this provider for the job. The only downside is the wait for getting my money refunded from Angie's List. Next time I will check with the provider before outlaying the money on a Big Deal.

Everything went great. I was in a rush to get the job done and Humberto happened to be in the area. He came out the same day, gave me an estimate the same day, which was less than another provider offered, and had everything fixed three days later. Humberto fixed a bunch of cracks including some others that I hadn't anticipated. Overall, the job went perfectly. Can wait to get Humberto and team out again. Thanks!

I have used H&S previously and was pleased they were available for this job. Humberto and his crew arrived on time. They listened to what needed to be done, and had changed since we signed the contract. They were respectful, and covered everything, and/or moved items to another room. He worked non-stop (8:00 AM till 2:00 PM), and the ceiling walls looked brand new when he was done. Humberto made sure the room was cleaned, and checked that I was happy about all they had done. Will definitely use them again.
