Val and the team at Horizon were very responsive and professional. We had them rip up carpet in 6 rooms and replace with laminate flooring. They were punctual and kept coming until the job was done! When we asked for a few touch ups after the project, there was no problem. They came right back out and did the extra work without question. Would use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for design work.

Exceptional job accomplished by and extraordinary team. Our lower kitchen cabinets and flooring suffered water damaged and were traumatized by mold. Val (owner) and Dorothy (designer) visited our home in Boston - providing options and ideas for floor matching and cabinet replacement. After months of sticking by us while we dealt with insurance, the Horizon Interiors team finished install this week. We are thrilled with their quality of work, attention to detail, and honesty. Val came to the house measured everything, never heard from them again. I called, they said someone would get back to me. Never heard from anyone.

The owner came down - spent considerable time working with us to discuss what we wanted, took measurements and then took about 2 months before we got any kind of pricing and basic proposals - I had to chase to get even this.

BAD DEAL ALL AROUND. AVOID AT ALL COST I contacted New Horizon on July 20th after hearing an add on the radio where they advertised repair work for Ice Dam damage. I met with the owner Valentino and explained the work I needed. Remove and replace ceilings and walls and also all new kitchen cabinets. Valentino informed me that they were fully capable of completing all this work. We scheduled to have him come out and measure on July 24th. He was a little late for the scheduled time but that was not a big deal. I took him through my whole house showing him all the damage and he took lots of measurements and made drawings of the kitchen layout. He informed me he would need a week to get a quote together which I was fine with. I called him at the beginning of the next week to inform him I wanted to add more work to the quote. I left a message with the secretary to have him call. He never called!. I called a week later and left another message with the secretary. she tells me that she knows she gave him the previous message Again he never returned the call! I call again in another week asking about the quote speaking only with the secretary. Guess what happened.. he never called!!! Big surprise .As of 8/26 I have never heard back from anyone Total waste of my time . Horrible business practice and all around lousy experience. AVOID AT ALL COST

My wife and I wanted to sell a rental townhouse after renting it out for several years. Tenants had treated it roughly, so we knew we had to make updates and improvements. We had heard commercials for this company on a local radio station promoting this company. So with the goal of having many of the needed services provided by one company, we called Horizon. We figured to be spending in the range of $35 - $40,000, so it was a sizeable job. We first visited their business premises, meeting with Mr. Pitta, the owner, and viewing some products and materials. We set a date for a few days later - a Friday afternoon - for the three of us to meet at the property for measurements to be taken, etc. We were informed during that get-together by Mr. Pitta that he would have a proposal to us by email by the following Wednesday. Well, that Wednesday came and went, as did the next, and the next, and the next. There were no replies made to my phone calls or emails. I had mentioned early on to Mr. P that the house, now empty of a tenant, was costing us over $2300 a month to carry. I had also mentioned we also wanted to make sure we would not miss the upcoming spring/summer real estate market. Apparently, all this had fallen on deaf ears. After this aggravating and costly experience, I finally went back to the Horizon Interiors business location and retrieved my house key. I would advise others not to make a trip to Horizon in the first place.

First let me say that I only went to Horizon Interiors because they were close and as a consumer, I was unable to purchase a specific type of cabinet directly from a manufacturer. I went in to the show room and picked out exactly what I needed in short order, signed a contract, and put a 50% deposit down, understanding that the owner would be out to measure at my house later that week. Unfortunately after a few calls to them I found out that he was "on vacation." No one else would come out to measure, so I had to wait an extra week to even have measurements done. I know the turn time on production from the manufacturer is several weeks, so I was prepared to wait for my order, but my frustration really began when I got a call stating that my cabinets had arrived in the showroom and were ready for delivery & install. "Great!" I thought. Unfortunately I was unable to find any time with the company to get the installation done. After a few times back and forth trying to find a time that I could meet them and take off work, I stopped hearing from them. Several weeks went by and I still didn't have a cabinet. I called multiple times over the next couple of weeks, but it seemed like they were dodging my calls. When I finally was able to get them on the phone, we found a time that I could take off from work to meet their installer at my home to get the cabinet in place. Once we were confirmed, I took the day off work and waited. No one showed up all day. I called the office several times and no one returned my calls. It wasn't until a week and several unanswered calls later that I was finally able to actually get someone in to install the cabinet as promised. Then, after wasting months of time and missing an install appointment with no call or no show, they billed me for the full amount of the contract as if I hadn't given them a deposit at all.

Horizon Interiors was exactly what we wanted and would highly recommend their work for any size job. They were always flexible to our schedule and always completed the work ontime with no surprises. Their showroom in Woburn MA was a great help through the decision process. Thanks for helping us build our dream home!

The process was quick and easy. The installers arrived on time, performed the necessary stretching to the carpet, and completed the task within 30 minutes. They were able to remove the bubbles in the carpet.

They had a good selection and I was able to choose the style and texture of the carpeting I wanted. They did a good job of cleaning everything up and the price was reasonable.

Because my hall runs in different directions I didn't want part having short pieces and long in the other. Val showed me how we could have it all running the long way and basketweave the turns. My hall looks beautiful. He did everything he said he would do and no added costs when they were done. I would absolutely reccommend them to everyone. When I do my stairs I am having them do those also.
