I'm very glad having found High Quality Plumbing. I had an old combi-boiler with several issues and the cold weather about to start. Simon identified the main problem within minutes and finished a temporary solution shortly after. Then he systematically uncovered multiple root causes (the original boiler installation had been done very poorly) and worked with the manufacturer to provide me with several options. Finally, Simon installed a brand-new combi-boiler, corrected all the old installation mistakes and integrated important upgrades (e.g. the magnetic filter). Simon shows fantastic work ethics, highest integrity, and pride in his work. From the initial detailed quote to the labeling of valves in the end - Simon did an amazing job. I will only work with High Quality Plumbing LLC in the future - and it's my pleasure to recommend their services to others.

Despite the COVID-19 disruption, it was a pleasure to do business with High Quality Plumbing. I had a poorly installed Navien combi water heater that came with the apartment that kept producing errors. Simon diagnosed the problem, discovered which parts could be replaced under warranty, and performed the repair with courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. He also helped me evaluate whether the repair was a better option than replacement. I found High Quality Plumbing on the Navien website as a certified installer, and will absolutely be calling them for future maintenance.

Simon has been servicing our previously poorly installed Navien for the 3 years we've been here. Still under warranty Navien supplied a replacement unit. Simon replaced all questionable plumbing components as well as the new boiler. It's a work of art and operates beautifully. Simon is a skilled plumber with great integrity and customer service. On the final day of the new installation he worked until 11:30 PM due to concerns that the outside temperature would drop below freezing overnight. He used quality components that he explained during the planning stage and spent a great deal of time reviewing how each of them worked after completing the job. He honored his quote even though he performed a few extra tasks to improve the integrity of the operation. He is the only plumber I will allow to touch our system.

I am writing this review in regard to High Quality Plumbing. Simon Sekhleyan and his company are very outstanding. Simon installed a Navien-175 boiler in my home recently. The quality of his work is tremendous. He is very detail oriented. He is very knowledgeable and a true professional. He's one of the best. He is very reliable, honest meticulous with his work. I highly recommend him and his company to others. He is very unique. His gave me a very reasonable estimate in regard to labor and installation of the boiler. He is very thorough. He is very honest and a man of high integrity. I will be using his services in the future.

Simon from High Quality Plumbing provided top-notch service, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs professional plumbing services. His rates were very reasonable. He recommended what needed to be done only but nothing extra. His work ethic was very high, and he really focused on solving the problem I had. I needed to have a commercial style toilet flush unit replacement work done at my condo. While the replacement work itself was not complicated and laborious for a plumber who has a Master Plumber license, Simon made sure the work was done right the first time due to the number of people that was affected from the main water shutoff required at the condo building. He came to my unit to take measurements and evaluate the issues before making an appointment with me and the building management to do the actual work. He offered to purchase the flush unit for me or let me purchase it myself. He told me beforehand that he did not intend to make any profits from the parts. He merely provided the parts as a one-stop service for the customers. His part prices were even cheaper than what I could buy on my own outside. My condo building management had to change the appointment two times for the building water shutoff due to the logistics involved. Simon was accommodating and provided us with other alternative dates and times that he would be available. His communication was excellent. All phone calls, e-mails and text messages would be responded or returned. He provided his license and insurance coverage to the building management directly. On the job day, he showed up on time and started working immediately without any delay. He went down to the basement of the building to drain the standing water in the pipe after the building serviceman shut the main water off. He laid something similar to rosin paper on the floor, making sure he left the work place as clean if not cleaner than before he started. During the process, he explained to me why and how he did what he was doing. Every step was done in details to ensure that he did not need to re-do it. He had a much higher standard for his own work than I had expected. After the replacement work was done, he carefully inspected any leaks and adjusted the unit to ensure that it functioned properly. He tested the unit many times before calling the job done. He cleaned up the work site at the end. Simon is an honest professional that I would recommend hiring. My condo building management required someone like him who has a Master Plumber license with insurance coverage before they let anyone touch the pipes. You will not only appreciate the quality of his work, but also value his humble, unassuming personality.

I had a leak in toilet that needed an emergency replacement of new toilet bowl. I randomly called Simon and he answered my call and gave the suggestion what to buy and made it easy for me one the 1st step. When he came, he got into work and didn't waste a single minute for me and replaced it in 1 hours time. Through out the process he explained me what he was doing and why he was doing. Very genuine and honest. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work and will be calling him again for more work soon...... I couldn't ask for a better experience. Simon Sekhleyan was working on two projects. One project was to install a water fossett on the outside deck; the other project was to change very old utility fossett in the basement. Simon came over quickly to do an estimate. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and the care. He was reviewing options with me before making anything permanent. Simon was very courteous with great attention to details and did a great job. There were no surprises on price and there was no nickel and diming. Yes, a happy customer!!
