+ -1 moreFirst two weeks were good, then stopped showing up. Said he would come at a certain time, wouldn't show up again. Would occasionally show up with not so great helpers. I paid him $20,000 and it has been 7 months ago and its still not done. He originally told me it would take 6-8 weeks. He has done nothing on my house now for 2 months. I have a multi family property and I have tenants. I have to have insurance, obviously and I have no hand rails on my decking and this is a risk for insurance reasons. I now have to get another contractor to finish this work.
Description of Work: Hired them to put in 3 new decks.
