I have over ten years experience as a carpenter/handyman, with 80% of my business coming from repeat customers or referral. Mainly I charge by the hour but I also give set prices for bigger project. I could provide references and proof of insurance upon request.

Services we offer
Carpentry, painting, handyman services and many odd jobs that need to be done around your house or office.
Description of Work: Raz is everything you want in a handyman. He is quick, clear, efficient, trustworthy, and very capable. He's done everything around our house from fixing windows to leveling doors to carpentry of various kinds. If he doesn't know how to do something or if it makes sense to contact another contractor, he'll tell you. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Raz knows his stuff. I was showing him all the small things I wanted fixed around the house and he was knowledgeable about which ones he could help with, were better done elsewhere, and ones I should just leave alone. He came and fixed things up while I was away and everything looked great. He was also responsive via email and confirmed some things with me, like design of the new door, while I was away before doing them. Raz isn't the cheapest but does very high quality work and knows what he's doing. You get what you pay for. I'd certainly ask Raz again if I had contracting/handyman needs

Raz gave us an estimate of the cost and amount of time the job would take (1 1/2 days). Our tiled shower wall was "soft" and the tiles were beginning to slip down. Raz removed the tiles on 2 walls and cut out the damaged wallboard. He replaced panels with cement board and retiled the walls. The second day he came in and grouted the tiles and cleaned up everything. He arrived when he said he would both days and was very professional and friendly. At the end of each day, he vacuumed up any dust and straightened up. He took all the "rubbish" with him. He did a fantastic job! He completed the job in the time he said it would take and for the quoted price. I would definitly call him again.
