Rocky and his team did a phenomenal job renovating my newly purchased apartment. It was a total renovation including all rooms, floor, ceiling, walls, etc. and we could not be happier with the outcome. Here are the things you can expect when working with Rocky: -Transparency and flexibility in pricing -Consistent updates and communications throughout the projects -Notified early in case there are any potential issues -Timeliness and reliability, they do their best to get the job done within your time frame Rocky provided a very thorough assessment of the project up front, and even took a few measurements early before providing a quote. He had a very detailed scope document and was very honest and transparent when there were scope changes. Most importantly, he cares that you will be happy with the project, and sent his crew multiple times after the project completed to help out with minor touch ups. Empire Home Improvement did everything you could ask for in helping us repair our porch after some of the floor and side panels on porch were damaged in a small fire (note: do not let birds build a nest of dry kindling in your porch lighting fixture, then turn the porch fixture light on!). They came out promptly, gave us quotations based on the level of repair and improvements we wanted, and, as soon as we chose, they did the work professionally, quietly and well. We couldn't have asked for more.

I recently completed a home renovation project with Empire Home Improvement and I am extremely pleased with the result. I had the kitchen redone (new windows, cabinets, flooring, appliances installed; tiling, painting) and a 5 foot by 7.5 foot bathroom (â shower roomâ ) built on the back of the house. All crews who worked on the project were extremely hardworking, respectful, helpful, affable, communicative, and know their trade. Rocky is an excellent manager and supervisor. He is likewise extremely hardworking, a perfectionist and a task master, at times, and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. I liked him instantly and trusted him implicitly. His crews seem to like working with him so there was a nice atmosphere in my home. I would recommend Empire Home Improvement with no reservations or hesitation.

Rocky, his crew, and his subs spent 4 months completely renovating my 1930 colonial from July-Nov 2018 yes complete, the house was gutted to the studs. The entire job was professional with attention to detail. Rocky explained everything, answered all my questions, and made appropriate recommendations. When he was out searching for products, he sent photos of items for me to choose from. He regularly sent progress updates and pictures. He maintained consistent contact throughout the process. He was a wealth of knowledge and expert advice. He responded to my phone calls, emails, and text messages, I was never ignored no matter how busy he was. I could not be happier with his work on my home. I told Rocky he is stuck with me for life, he is the only contractor I plan to ever call again.

When I purchased my home, I had furnace, water heater, electric upgrade/panel replacement and an entire master bathroom reno to be done. I went into home advisor and contacted 3 general contractors to give estimates on the project. Rocky (owner of Empire Home Improvement) was from day one the most vested even without having the job yet, most timely w/ estimate and all different options for my project which the others did not. He had price on point and gave me a bundle discount if I decided to do all 3 projects w/ him. He always answered my calls, texts and emails before, during and after my renovation was done. All his people and subcontractors are professional and knowledgeable. I have nothing but positive experience from Empire Home Improvement and would definitely use them again for my next home project.

Rocky came out and measured up the job for the quote and sent us a quote in about 3 days. When we decided to go with Empire Home Improvement Rocky came back checked measurements and ordered the materials and said give him a call when it was delivered he would return and start the job in which he did. We had all the decking replace on the rear deck with composite decking boards and installed foam insulation to seal the J channel and the vinyl siding on both side of the gables of the house. He did a very professional job and removed all debris from the job site. I would recommend Empire Home Improvement.

Rocky and his team did an amazing job helping us finish up a bunch of unfinished projects in order to get our house ready so sell. They were really fast and really reasonably priced. They replaced the baseboard molding on our second floor, painted doors and walls, stained our newly constructed staircase, repaired some siding on the exterior of house. They were super prompt and very respectful. Rocky is very professional and a great communicator. I'm bummed we didn't find him until we were getting ready to move out of state! I would highly recommend Rocky and his team for any job, big or small!
