They were incredibly helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. When I called, I was able to directly reach the relevant people. After I sent them digital pictures, they gave me an estimate over the phone. They responded to all phone calls and emails promptly and thoroughly. They happily answered my many questions over the phone. They showed up on time and removed the asbestos from our basement pipes neatly and efficiently work for a competitive price. They made the asbestos removal process as painless and easy as possible for us. I recommend them highly.

We contacted Dudley Services regarding a home we were in process on purchasing. I first had a long discussion via telephone with Sam regarding the asbestos our inspector found in the attic. He was so helpful and informative, I felt immediately at ease about the situation and knew it could be remedied. We then contacted Dudley again to contract for the asbestos removal work. He arrived to at our appointment on time, was so thorough in his evaluation of the situation and took a lot of time to pinpoint the exact areas where the asbestos was located. I received an estimate very quickly afterward. Unfortunately, due to other issues with the home we didn't proceed with the purchase so didn't need the asbestos removal. I would contact Dudley again in a heartbeat, though. Sam is so knowledgeable and thorough, I have confidence that their work would be excellent.

Asbestos on my old boiler had some soft areas with potential of separating from the unit. Additionally, needed to remove it in case we ever sell the house. Wanted to keep my old boiler since it is totally silent and functions perfectly without any electric power in case of usual New England winter outages. Dudley had the perfect solution to remove the asbestos and keep my old furnace which still ran perfectly. Three man crew showed up exactly on time at 8AM. Work was performed in a timely manner and finished same day. Never had to go a night without heat. Clean up was fine. Furnace are never looked so good previously. Thank you B**** for the great job and reasonable price.

We called for an estimate and Earl suggested a visit to assess the situation (this was good since the other contractor we contacted gave us an estimate without a visit.) He came within a few days, examined the floor, and gave us a written estimate and a detailed description of the work to be done. He also suggested against removing the mastic - which would have cost more - since he did not think the cost/benefit ratio was good enough for us. The work was scheduled to take two days. The workers were prompt and spent the first day just setting up, including moving some furniture for us, which was nice. The second day was spent actually removing the tile. In retrospect, this was only one day's worth of work. It would have been a bit more convenient to have it done in one day. Once they were done, there was little evidence that they had been there (except for the missing tile!) They also laid plastic over the concrete floor at our request - since it was going to be a few days until we could replace the flooring. Overall, they were prompt, effective and professional.

Overall it was very good. A lot of the work that they did was while I was put of town, but from what my roommates said they were very professional. There was some confusion about the starting date and time. It got worked out and once they were here, they worked quickly, cleaned up, did air tests, and painted the pipes that they removed the asbestos from as well.

They did a GREAT job. On budget, on time, left everything sparkling clean, and needed no harassment/follow-up from us!

Long lead time but showed up on day promised, no problems with the work, left everything clean and pipes painted silver. Very willing to answer questions on phone and in person. Very professional, which is important in this type of job.

WHEN REMOVING THE PLASTIC THEY USED FOR PROTECTION THEY PULLED THE PAINT OFF MY CEILING. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN INSTALLING THE PLASTIC BUT TOTALLY CARELESS WHEN REMOVING IT.

HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT NEED ANY WORK AT THE TIME. HE WAS VERY INSULTING TO ME. HE BECAME DEFENSIVE WHEN I ASKED HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS WORK.
