+ -1 moreOverall the job was a great success. I was very happy with the price given, the punctuality and speed of the work.
Description of Work: The electrician was hired to ground all of the outlets in the house which were two prong outlets. Once he started, we realized that most of the house was on the same zone (for the circuit breaker). The electrician added several new zones to the circuit breaker, and had to run several new wires and cables through the walls of the house to complete the new zones.

Description of Work: Installed recessed lighting, flooring, redid the kitchen and bathroom, and did a number of other jobs.

+ 1 moreAs General Contractor of this 500K project..Dave King Electric was excellent! I can not say enough about Dave and his workers. He was continually cleaning up after himself and the other contractors I hired. He was always on time in budget and on schedule! The project took a year to complete from start to finish and he was very flexible to accommodate my delays and set backs. Most of all his pricing was fair and his work was top notch and I could talk to him about the job and ask his opinion on other aspects of the build as he used to be a builder himself. Most important..he delivered what he promised and didn't change his pricing without notification and was fare. He was not the cheapest but for my project, he was the best and most flexible to suit my schedule.
Description of Work: Dave King Electric completely rewired my 5-family wood frame house from the outside in with boxes in each apartment and 400 amp lines into the house. In addition he installed all smoke, fire and CO2 systems and a central fire control box and stobe and alarm and tied in the sprinkler systems. He installed all owner supplied light fixtures including 16 ceiling fans and supports, door bells and phone and cable in all rooms with central ties in the basement.
