I hired Steve to renovate a rental apartment. They restored & painted walls of 3 large rooms, newly renovated the bathroom, & refinished the hardwood floors. The service was very professional & the work was done on time. Steve was very easy to talk to and communicate with throughout the project. I was very pleased with the outcome of the work that was done and the great cleanup that was done after each job. Will definitely hire Steve again. Great experience!

Steve is excellent in managing the project and communicating with me. He gave very clear explanation of what will be done. He provided a very detail contract at the beginning which makes me feel more confident of him. He also guided me through the whole process from choosing engineering hardwood versus laminate flooring, to the options on the hearth, etc. he is also very responsive. I would always get a response from him promptly via phone, text or email. He also gave a realistic timeline and finished accordingly. The work his team did is excellent and basically transformed my outdated basement into a very modern family room. He also reviewed the work his team did and followed up in case of issue. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Steve.

Couldn't have asked for a better job! Steve was professional, punctual and incredibly communicative the whole time, making this large project pretty stress-free! We gutted the entire basement and added back in a family room, full bathroom, laundry room and plenty of storage closets and he really found a way to make the best use of all of our space. He walked us through the whole project, gave us realistic timelines and even gave us his opinion on materials we had picked (pergo, vs. hardwood, vs. carpet) and the various types available and the respective quality and cost which was extremely helpful. The price was fair for the work being done and he finished right on time which was a huge plus! Overall we had a good experience with Steve's work and the project and would recommend him to anyone!

I hired Steve at Custom Creations Contracting to do some general repair work at my house. He replaced and fixed pieces of my siding, installed outdoor lighting, completed some minor plumbing repairs in my kitchen, and repaired my smoke alarms which were having electrical issues. It was helpful to find someone who has such a wide range of knowledge so that I didn't have to call several different people for these small jobs. The fact that Steve was such a professional for even these small jobs gives me complete confidence in this company for much larger jobs as well. If I ever needed a larger project completed, I would definitely hire this company.
