Crocker Sales

This company is terrible when it comes to customer service. We have a MAJOR family matter that is preventing us from completing our purchase, but the Woburn office cares only about the money and not what their customers urgent matters are. If you do business with this company, make sure to engage a lawyer to review their contracts. The BBB has been advised and a 3yr blemish is on their profile. I hope what you have done is worth the dissatisfaction of a trusting and paying customer. Terrible!

Spa was great but the repairs and servicing of the spa has been disappointing. Replaced two pumps on my spa. Three days later one of the pumps was not operating properly. They charged me for another service call on the pump they recommended and sold and profited from. Their logic was that it was not their pump and they had another service call. I called and left a message for the General Manager who was on vacation. NO call back. Left message for service to call back. Saw the service manager at a home show and got got angry that I brought up the issue to him. Stated that I should have know to call him. Figured leaving a message for the service department was good enough. Issues I called about still unresolved. Have used Crocker for 15 years. Referred others to the company in the past. Not any more. I found a company owned by a previous service manager from Crocker Spas. He fixed the issues within a week. I waited six months before posting this review in hopes that I would get a call back for resolution from Crocker. Still no reply. Terrible service. When you spend almost 5 figures on a spa and repairs with a company, they would work to fix the problem and not stick with three service calls for the same part (they sold) malfunction.

Whenever the tub is emptied it gets vacuum locked. Crocker sales has been wonderful in coming out and unsticking it when this happens. We have been working with them for 13 years now and they have always been great. We have the same tub we bought 13 years ago and it is holding up well.

Dealing with the woman in the office was horrible. Rude, ignorant and extremely unprofessional. Now, I have a problem with the product they installed and they are going to charge me $250 just to come out to look at the problem. Definitely don't stand behind their products. I will never do business with this company again.

The individual that did the service was polite and professional. The people at the store are horrible and rude. When I called to inquire as to what hours they were open on Saturdays I was surprised to hear they were only open until 2. The individual on the phone actually told me with a very rude tone "we've always been open only till 2 on Saturdays." I apologized for not memorizing her work schedule. Some weeks later I called to have the cover delivered. The individual on the phone told me they would call that week when the delivery would be made. No call came. 10 days later I called and was told they knew nothing about the request and "...someone must have forgotten to write down the information." Horrible experience. I was put on hold another time and a man answered the phone by saying "ya." An extremely rude and unprofessional place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
