I got no response from the company. The rep contacted me and told me he would get back to me regarding the deposit. Two months later still no word. I wrote a letter to the company and then made several phone calls to the corporate office. I asked to talk to a manager since this college kid who was my rep obviously was not to be depended on. The response back was that they had to go back through the rep. Finally the rep called me and said his manager did not want to talk to me, that the rep was going to handle it. Overall, I did not appreciate the rude manner and raised voice of this college kid. I feel that the whole affair was handled in a shabby manner. To let the business be handled by children in college who have no real world experience, even when things go downhill, is poor customer service. In the end I was so disgusted I settled for half of my deposit back, just to get this experience over with. The college kid admitted that along the way he had "forgotten" about me, and that he still maintained he did not owe me my deposit back. In the real world professional workers are glad to have the work and are very responsive in getting back to customers to complete the work. This was a kid that was forgetful and did not have a clue, or didn't care. Awful! Do not go with College Pro since you will be saddled with a college kid who will be your only contact in getting your work done.

THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. IT WAS A BETTER DEAL THAN ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES I RESEARCHED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.

THEY DID VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK, AND IT WAS ALL AT A DECENT PRICE. ALL OF THE WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME.

THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE WORK WAS DONE INCORRECTLY REPEATEDLY, AND EVERY TIME THE COMPANY SENT THE SAME BOY OUT TO TRY AGAIN. I WAS VERY DISPLEASED.

I FELT THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS VERY GOOD. I LIKED THE COMPANY BECAUSE THE INDIVIDUAL THAT DID THE WORK WAS COURTEOUS, AND YOU CAN TELL HIS WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL.

I WOULD SAY THAT THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED, BUT YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT WATCHING WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE DOING AN OK JOB UNTIL THEY STARTED PAINTING THE GARAGE DOOR. THAT'S WHEN THEIR LACK OF GOOD WORKMANSHIP SHOWED UP.

THE WORKERS THAT CAME OUT TO CLEAN AND STAIN THE DECK WERE INCREDIBLY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THE DECK LOOKED QUITE GOOD WHEN IT WAS FINISHED. HOWEVER, IT DID NOT LOOK SO GREAT AFTER A FEW MONTHS.
