We love the final outcome. For nearly a year I would walk into our kitchen and ask myself, "Is this really ours?" The entire process was quite easy. We went in and spoke with MaryJane and told her what the plan was. She walked us through the showroom to explain the differences between cabinets, counters etc, but never made us feel like she was pushing one over the other. She ended up coming out to the house and taking measurements and once we picked the cabinets she did up some renderings in order to see what things would look like once completed. She gave us multiple cabinet samples to take to the tile stores as well to help us pick tile. I would not hesitate to use them again and \ or recommend them to others.

It went perfect. Everything went smooth. The designer I worked with, Jenn Dussault, was very helping throughout the selection making process and was very prompt and punctual. We are very happy with the end design.

The project went very well. Our designer, Kathy Cremone, was excellent but all the other staff there we equally helpful. We could not be happier with the end result. Kathy was very patient with all my constant changes and indecisions. The store owners even followed up to be sure we were happy. Every one there takes pride in their work and it shows in the end result.

They did a fine job. They were punctual, professional, and clean in the work that they completed. I would recommend this company.

We recently did a complete kitchen renovation. Our contractor guided us to Sara Hawkins and Carole industries and we couldn't have been happier. Sara did a great job providing us with an education on the process and very quickly produced a preliminary design. After several tweaks and meetings we went forward with project. Communication was outstanding. The cabinets, Hardware and countertops arrived on time and nearly flawless. We incoporated many of Sara's ideas and her knowledge was intstrumental in having our project come out so great.

Smoothly, except for damage caused to a cabinet door by the granite countertop installers. Carole Kitchen promptly ordered a new cabinet door that came fairly quickly. Cabinets delivered on time and all in excellent condition.

They worked with every possible product. They Coordinated the arrival of the cabinets and the quality of the product. They informed us about what ideas would work well or not. They are beautiful cabinets that my whole family appreciates. Their standard of customer service is terrific.

The agreements that we were required to sigh were a little off-putting, but I suppose that expreience in this business make them a necessity. For example, you have to acknowledge that any deficiencies in the products are to be handled directly with the manufacturer and that Carole won't be party to any change requests. That was fine with us. Carole stored the cabinets briefly and delivered them when the installer could begin work. The cabinets were perfect in all regards, measurement, finish and overall quality. We are extremely pleased. They are "Dura Supreme," in an off-white finish on Maple, with plywood construction. The company supplied an ample amount of molding and other trim, all in perfect condition. Carole's recommended installer, Paul Villiott of Readng, MA, accomplished a perfect installation, requiring him to compensate for multiple irregularities in our nearly century old home. His attention to detail brought out all the potential of the cabinets. We couldn't have been more pleased with the pride Paul put in his work.

Complete waste of time. Walked into the showroom on a Saturday afternoon with my wife and two kids looking for some basic information on countertop options. We were greeted by a lady who told us that all the sales people were busy with appointments but she would send someone over shortly. We spent the next thirty minutes aimlessly walking around the showroom. Walked out after not being able to locate the original lady who greeted us.

Do ask for Frank. He knows his stuff and is great to work with. Do check all cabinets once they arrive which is not easy to do...but 12inch cabinet was received should have been 24inch. Had to pay contractor to reinstall the 2nd cabinet or wait and not have it done it time for holiday. Chose to pay extra but really shouldn't have been my expense. As mentioned previously, invest in a better quality sink...don't go for the "free one". The design and purchase went smooth. A few glitches along the way were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Plan your timeline and get everyone involved to commit in writing delivery dates and working schedule. We were pressed for time but it all went well. I would recommend Carole's Kitchens in the future to others. Only time will tell how the quality of the cabinet manufacturer holds up, Executive Kitchens. So far so good.

Overall ok but would rather use someone else in the future.

I only had an idea of what I didn't want for a kitchen, and a vague idea of what I might want (a gas range, lots of storage space, no island, place for recycle bins). With that and photos of my then current kitchen, I met with Sara from 'Carole's Kitchen and Bath designs' and Sara was able to send me plans to review. She was very patient with my "can we do this instead?", "can I get this?", "can you do this?" requests and we finally decided on the finished product. She found me a reasonable price for my selected cabinets, worked with my desired wall color/flooring colors to come up with the best wood stain finish for the cabinets. She came to the house for final measurements, spoke with the renovators a few times to finalize measurements. Cabinets were delivered as scheduled, fit well (although I had to buy a new microwave that I hadn't expected when the one I had didn't fit the new space) and got me as much room as possible next to the range for a tray storage and spice rack. Now that construction is done, I often enter the kitchen, look around and wonder how I managed to get a kitchen that looks like it came out of a design magazine. I have space, space and more space (all filled however), somewhere to put small recycle bins that I can empty when full into the large ones in the cellar, a magnificent sink/faucet that is amazing to use, a mini-pantry all in one 'multi purpose storage cabinet', a lovely desk area at the far end of the kitchen, and a great looking gas range area in a nook surrounded with granite counter to ceiling--stunning. On Halloween while handing out candy, two women looked in (you can see that range from the door) and oohed and ahhed, "I'd love to have that in my kitchen" --so I offerred to let them come in and see it. I think I gave four tours that night. My new kitchen is very functional--everything is within reach, and I have all my cooking apparatus within easy access when I need it. And the rest is out of sight (recycle bins, trash, stuff, cookbooks---a whole 2 cabinets. I even had my friend's 3 kids over at Halloween to do cookie decorating and they each had space to do their creations and not get in the way of the others. I call this my Angie's List kitchen as all providers came from Angie's List.

We got the cabinets, countertop, and sink for our new kitchen from Carole. We worked with Mary Jane Paronich and she was extremely helpful. She walked us through all of the choices and never made us feel rushed even though there were often other people waiting to talk with her. When we needed to choose a sink at the last minute so the countertops could be templated, she dropped everything and helped us immediately. The prices were good for the cabinets and countertop we got.

CAROLE INDUSTRIES HAS THE SAME HIGH-QUALITY, BRAND NAME KITCHEN AND BATHROOM CABINETS WITH WAY LESS CROWD IN THEIR SHOWROOM. THE FLOOR MODELS ON DISPLAY WERE MUCH MORE USEFUL THAN AT THE OTHER STORES AND THERE WAS MUCH LESS FEELING OF A RUSH TO GET THROUGH THE JOB. THE SALES PEOPLE GAVE US OPTIONS TO SAVE MONEY THAT OTHER PLACES HAD NOT EVEN CONSIDERED. FOR US, IT WAS A HIKE TO HEAD OUT TO WOBURN FROM BOSTON AND THE TEMPTATION IS JUST TO GO WITH THE CLOSER STORES. THIS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. GO!
