Boston Tree Preservation, a full service proactive tree company, is committed to an organic approach to caring for the entire landscape trees, shrubs, lawn and soil in order to protect and preserve the urban forest for present and future generations. Peter M. Wild, owner and Massachusetts Certified Arborist, founded Boston Tree Preservation in 1977. Peter’s extensive knowledge, expertise and love of trees are very apparent in his dedication to the Green Industry. He is a true forerunner in the industry, passionately trying to preserve and protect the urban forest and the environment through the use of organics. Peter is a recognized statewide, national and international tree expert.

Description of Work: Initially, the BTP's sales representative advised me in detail about the proper care and pruning limitations of Japanese Maple trees before the work was done. As promised, the workers arrived on time and were very professional and experienced in accomplishing the tree pruning and clean-up. The price was more than I had planned to spend, but I felt the workers did a good job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boston Tree Preservation.

RESPONDED QUICKLY TO REQUEST TO ASSESS NEED FOR WINTER MOTH CONTROL. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, PATIENT/RESPONSIVE WITH MY QUESTIONS. ACTUALLY RECOMMENDED I NOT HAVE TREATMENT UNTIL IT IS VERY CLEAR THE NEED IS THERE...I CALL THAT INTEGRITY! IF I NEED THEM, THEY WILL PROVIDE SERVICES NEEDED. THERE FOCUS IS ON HELPING THE TREES TO BE HEALTHY. THEY ARE ONE OF THE ONLY COMPANIES THAT WILL SPRAY FOR BUGS. IF YOU HAVE BUGS OR A SICK TREE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY GAVE ME AN HONEST ASSESSMENT ON A TREE THAT THEY SAID THERE WAS NO NEED TO TREAT BECAUSE IT WAS BEYOND TREATING. THEY ARE HONEST.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! THEY'VE ACTUALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE A LAWN LUSH AND GREEN USING ORGANIC METHODS ONLY, NO TOXIC CHEMICALS. THAT'S NO SMALL FEAT, AND THEY DO IT FOR A REASONABLE COST AND ARE WONDERFULLY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE WITHOUT SACRIFICING A GOOD-LOOKING GREEN LAWN.
